Three games against BCS-conference teams highlight Ohio's 2006 football schedule announced Saturday afternoon by Athletic Director Kirby Hocutt. The Bobcats will open at home against Division I-AA Tennesee-Martin on September 2nd. Conference play begins the next Saturday with a road tilt at Northern Illinois. Ohio opened up a 7-0 lead on a Kalvin McRae 41-yard TD run but saw Miami (7-4, 5-3 MAC) storm back for a 38-7 win Monday night at Peden Stadium. Miami's Josh Betts tossed for 297 yards and two scores, Jimmy Murray ran for 113 yards and a touchdown and Ryne Robinson returned a punt 46 yards for a TD. Ohio (4-7, 3-5) passed for just 28 yards but McRae and Austen Everson combined to rush for 142 yards.
