The MAC News Media picked Ohio to win the MAC East at the MAC Media Day in Ford Field Wednesday. The Bobcats narrowly edged Kent St. for the top spot. Ohio received 15 of 36 first-place votes, Kent St. 13 and Akron 6. The Zips were picked third, followed by Miami, Bowling Green, Temple and Buffalo.
