Five Ohio football players signed deals with NFL teams Sunday as undrafted rookie free agents. The Cincinnati Bengals signed middle linebacker Matt Muncy and cornerback T.J. Wright. A 21-point second quarter lifted Southern Miss to a 28-7 win over Ohio in the GMAC Bowl Sunday night in Mobile, Alabama. The MAC East Champion Bobcats fall just short of tying the school-record 10 wins and winning the first Bowl game in school history. Ohio, playing in its first Bowl game in 38 years, got its only score on a 13-yard TD pass from Austen Everson to tight end Thomas Christy.
