For the second straight game, Ohio went to overtime but this time was victorious as it downed Marshall 87-85 in two OT's Saturday night in Huntington. The Bobcats (6-10 Overall, 3-5 MAC) were led by Brandon Hunter's 35 points. Also in double figures were Steve Esterkamp with 22 and Jaivon Harris with 11. Ronald Blackshear had 30 points for the Thundering Herd (9-8, 5-4), 27 after halftime. Marvin Black added 21 and Monty Wright chipped in 11.

Ohio blew a 16-point second half lead before bowing to Bowling Green 66-60 in overtime Tuesday night at the Convocation Center. The Bobcats (5-10 Overall, 2-5 MAC) built a 36-22 halftime lead with the help of eight 3-pointers in the first half. But Bowling Green (10-7, 6-3) picked up the defense in the second half to get back in it. The Falcons allowed Ohio just 5 points in the last 8 minutes of regulation and 5 minutes of overtime.

Trailing by 18 points, Ohio didn't pack it in Saturday against Kentucky and almost bit the 20th-ranked Wildcats at U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati before falling 83-75.
