Shooting guard Mychal Green is coming off his best game of the season, a 23-point effort vs. Rhode Island. The senior hit 5-for-10 3-pointers in that contest and is 14-for-28 from that distance for the season. Green has scored in double figures in each game so far and 12 straight going back to last year. Mychal Green's game-high 23 points helped lead Ohio to a 71-63 win at Rhode Island Saturday night. Leon Williams recorded his first double-double of the season with 18 points and 13 rebounds.

As the Bobcats (4-0) struggled to make a shot early, the Rams (5-2) built a 17-9 lead with 8:42 left in the first half. Ohio would close the half with a 24-7 run to take a 9-point lead to intermission.

Ohio built a 14-point second-half lead then held on for a 69-63 win at Marist Tuesday night. Mychal Green and Leon Williams had 15 points each as the Bobcats (3-0) were victorious in their first road game of the year. Jared Jordan led the Red Foxes (2-2) with 28 points. Antonio Chatman scored 20 points in his Bobcat debut to lead Ohio to an 86-70 win over Mercyhurst College Saturday afternoon in the Convocation Center.
