AMHERST, N.Y. - Ohio was held to 233 yards, a total surpassed by Buffalo running back Branden Oliver and the Bulls ran away from the Bobcats in the second half for a 30-3 victory Tuesday night at University at Buffalo Stadium.

Though replay shows he threw from the 4-yard line, quarterback Tyler Tettleton was called for intentional grounding in the end zone, resulting in a safety for a 9-3 lead for Buffalo in the third quarter, and momentum shifted fully in favor of the Bulls after that.

ATHENS, Ohio – Donte Foster haunted Miami with three first-half touchdown receptions and Ohio rolled past Miami, 41-16, in a Halloween weekend edition of the Battle of the Bricks on Saturday at Peden Stadium.

ATHENS – Given a second chance in the final five minutes, Central Michigan scored the winning touchdown with 22 seconds left on a 5-yard pass from Cooper Rush to Courtney Williams, ruining Ohio’s homecoming, 26-23, on Saturday at Peden Stadium.

ATHENS – Ohio limited Austin Peay to 298 yards in a 38-0 shutout to cap off non-conference play Saturday at Peden Stadium.

It was the Bobcats' first shutout since a 38-0 defeat of Buffalo on Sept. 25, 2004.

ATHENS – Xavier Hughes’ interception with 1:02 remaining clinched a 27-21 Ohio victory in its home opener against North Texas on Saturday night at Peden Stadium.

When Ohio’s accomplished seniors finish this season, they want to be able to look back and say they would not change a thing about their time with the Bobcats.
