2015 Akron Firestone HS OL Jovahn Fair has committed to Ohio. The 6-3, 286-pounder chose the Bobcats over offers from Eastern Michigan, Kent St. and Toledo.

Ohio has received a verbal commitment from 2015 Coal Grove HS OL Austen Pleasants. The 6-6, 305-pounder also held offers from Akron and Toledo. Pleasants was First Team All-SE Ohio, Division VI last year and Special Mention All-Ohio, Division VI.

ATHENS – Ohio added 24 players in its 2014 football recruiting class on Wednesday.
