It hasn't taken long for Ohio's Leon Williams to become a presence underneath the hoop. The 6-8 freshman from Maryland's Cardinal Gibbons High School has already recorded four double-doubles. Williams, who has started every game, leads the team in rebounding with an 8.7 average while scoring 12.0 points per game. Ohio's road woes continued into MAC play as the Bobcats lost their conference opener 71-59 at Akron Sunday night. After entering halftime tied at 30, Ohio (5-4 Overall, 0-1 MAC) wouldn't score its first field goal until 10:08 remained in the game. Meanwhile, Akron (7-3, 1-1) was going on a 19-4 run and would allow the Cats no closer than eight points the rest of the way.
