YPSILANTI, Mich. - Ohio shot just 22.8 percent, including 16.1 percent in the first half, and was blown out 76-40 by Eastern Michigan on Tuesday night at the Eagles' Convocation Center.

Antonio Campbell had 16 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Bobcats (7-11, 2-5 Mid-American Conference). No other Ohio player had more than seven points, and take out Campbell's 7-of-17 shooting, and the rest of the team was 6-of-40 (15 percent).

ATHENS - Maurice Ndour scored a career-high 31 points, including the game-winning dunk with .6 second left, and Ohio defeated Buffalo 63-61 on Saturday at The Convo.

MUNCIE, Ind. - Ohio was on fire and cruised its first Mid-American Conference victory, 82-73 against Ball State on Wednesday night at Worthen Arena.

Previously struggling senior point guards Javarez Willis and Stevie Taylor led the way. Willis knocked down 7-of-9 3-pointers and finished with 27 points and six assists, while Taylor was perfect from the field before a late miss, going 7-of-8 overall for 18 points with seven assists and four steals.

KENT, Ohio - Ohio shot just 34 percent and dropped its fourth straight game to begin Mid-American Conference play, losing 69-59 to Kent State on Saturday at the MAC Center.

The Bobcats (5-10, 0-4 MAC) shot only 25.9 percent in the first half and fell into a 30-19 hole.

ATHENS, Ohio - A huge second half helped Ohio pull away from UNCW for a 72-53 victory Tuesday night at The Convo.

Trailing 34-30 at halftime, the Bobcats (5-6) outscored the Seahawks 42-19 after the break.

HONOLULU - Ohio stayed close throughout but never led and fell 71-58 to Nebraska in the fifth-place game of the Diamond Head Classic on Thursday.

The Bobcats trailed 32-30 at halftime and still were within four with eight minutes left, but the Cornhuskers pulled away.
