Per his Twitter account, 2016 Johnstown-Monroe High School PF Jason Carter has committed to Ohio Basketball. The 6-6 Carter also held offers from Miami (OH), Kent St. and Northern Kentucky. He will fill the only scholarship Ohio had available for the 2016 recruiting class.
