Ohio is used to playing in large, empty NFL stadiums. That's where the beating of Temple took place every other year. They also have played in Detroit several times, although with less impressive results.
UMass is really struggling with the transition to D1. I hope for the same thing as last week: comfortable win, no injuries, bland play calling and a safe trip home. For D.A.'s sake, I hope it is a beautiful day and he makes the short trip home hoarse from doing the O-H-I-O cheer so many times.
It's looking like rain, which I think plays in our favor of our run D v their inexperience with the pistol. (although they are getting progressively better) And I expect a big dose of Beau/Daz/Kyle, regardless of TT or Vick running the show.
And thanks for the well wishes on the Bash weather, because if it rains, it may kill me. 230 wet and "altered" Bobcats could make for an interesting pre-game, though.
