For those in Cincinnati, I checked the listings for EKRC (Cincinnati's CW) and it looks like they will be showing USF at Temple. Channel 22 in Dayton (WKEF) is showing the Buffalo/Ohio game according to its listings.

What about those of us who live around Stuebenville, Cambridge, St. Clairsville (I pretty much just named the major towns around me)?

Per the affiliate list, the game will be on WTOV-DT2 which is 9.2 (ME TV). Just check the guide on your TV for Saturday and it should tell you.

Extremely pleasantly surprised I'll be able to watch here near Charleston, WV. For anyone else in the area, I just checked the online guide and it shows Ohio-Buffalo will be shown on MyZ, which for me, a Suddenlink customer, is Channel 3. Not HD, but I'll take it! Better than squinting at my computer.

I stand corrected.  Anyone who happens to live in the valley as well who has seen my previous post, please disregard.  I double checked on another site for the channel and it is in fact showing the game.

For those of us in the balance of the country I wonder if one of these stations is part of the Direct TV Sports Pack. There is like 20 odd stations that are part of this subscription. How great would that be.
While I don't mind watching it for free on the computer the big screen is much better.

I'm hoping that Comcast's XFinity has it on one of it's thousand sports channels here in Nashville. If not, I'll just watch it on my computer...it's a 27" screen anyways, almost like watching a TV.

Envy is such a funny thing isn't it?

The photoshop contest would be entertaining if it were actually funny.  The "look-alike" therads from Penn State and Marshall were at least good for a laugh.  "The toilet bowl of the MAC?"  Our stadium may be small and outdated, but our environment is better than theirs.

Their staduim looks like a post apocalyptic facility from Chernobyl.

Didn't Know buffalo had so much hate for us. They are having a meme contest on their message board.

I actually love that they hate us.  At least they care about it.

"To be loved is to be fortunate; to be hated is to achieve distinction."

As long as it's not because of us being classless or whatever, I love being the team everyone wants to take down.

No, of the two schools/student bodies/fan bases, UB is the classless one. I've lived in Buffalo several years now working on my dissertation (at a UB-associated-institution, actually) and have had several UB alumni! admit that theirs is possibly the douchiest student body/fan base in the MAC. These folks (all of them western New York natives) typically place the blame firmly on students from down state.

My wife and I made the trip to Buffalo five years ago (they beat us on their Homecoming), and we were politely minding our own business the entire contest.

Their douchebag fans were yelling in our faces about how they were performing on the field while we were continuing to say/do nothing in response, and they seemed to be more aggrivated the less we responded.

I like to give them the benefit of the doubt, and assign their issues to their proximity to Love Canal.

ESPN Plus affiliates are listed here: http://espnplus.com/home/mac-stations

You have to check your local station listing to verify they are showing the game.

Per Arkey the D "could" be without Jones and both Moores...

Gerald Moore's backup, Thad Ingol is also doubtful. Will the starter at FS be Devin Jones, a redshirt Freshman walkon? Will they move Macer back to safety from corner? With Gerald Moore and Ingol out, the Safeties that are left are Hughes, Kristoff, Devin Jones, Andy Fay, and Tyler Lang. First we lose corners, now Safeties....... not good.

There are games where you beg the defense to get a TO or make some other play to win the game (Marshall), well Saturday it looks like the offense has to tell the D that we are going to keep you off the field and it will be us putting you on our backs till you can get healthy.

Let's see some Penn State Game like drives of 94 yards and burn 7-8 minutes with 7 or 8 third down conversions on a few drives and basically beat the ell out of em so that in the late third and entire fourth quarter the Bulls defense is just warn out.

This in a sadistic way is interesting with these injuries cause now we are going to see just how TOUGH these 2012 Bobcats really are!

Safety Starters would most likely be Kristoff and Hughes. No clue where any depth comes from.

Hey now, UB fans are decently mannered for the most part. I was a season ticket holder there for three years before I came to OU in 2009. They have been forced to watch a lot of s&*^%$ football and that was the first time since they went up to D1 where they actually started to play decently.

You may have run into a few jerks but as a Buffalonian, most of them are respectful and nice at football games. I'm sorry you ran into some bad people but the majority of people are not like that there.

I've gotten several of my grad school classmates (at UB) who are also UB-undergrad alums to admit that they have either the douchiest or second douchiest student body/student fan section in the MAC. These folks (as I posted on another thread...or maybe this one?) are WNY natives and (rightly, I think) place the bulk of the blame on the students from Down State.

Carpenter plays like a safety/linebacker hybrid as does Mose Denton.  Leftwich has safety size and I wouldn't rule Ingol entirely out.  Guys like like Lang and Jones and Fay and Ray can play a few downs.

Agreed with all of your points Doc. I am always so glad to see other people who obsess over the Ohio Football roster the way I do.

According to the UB Notebook in the Buffalo News, there is a chance that Branden Oliver plays this week. He lit up Ohio last year. Defense needs to stop the running of Oliver and Zordich and see what Zordich can do through the air.

I don't think it's on sports pack but it will be on ESPN game plan.  Directv should post the channel lineup tonight.

Your right.  In fact I believe their stadium was originally built for some kind of big Track and field event.  Maybe Pan Am Games or something..   At least you can get a good view of the touchdown passes to Foster  in the corner of the endzone while your sitting in the track turn lanes...

If memory serves that was without Mr Huynh suited up...I'm predicting this to be his Sr season breakout game...
