I'm all for player safety but that personal foul for roughing the passer is ruining football

That "OU Oh Yeah" cheer was LOUD on the ESPN3 broadcast. Awesome to hear.

Hmm, Toledo had an eyepatch game of their own, beating EMU 52-47, in some MACtion.

Akron has a player who wears 00. I don't know if if I've ever seen that before at the college level

I didn't think it was a legal number to wear.  Was it an 80 or was it a ball boy?

I'm not seeing much of the game right now. Should I tell the kids that when the game is on, I should get all the Internet bandwidth? Haha....

Our defense is so unprepared it's sickening. Really? Three defensive backs standing around while the Akron guy is wide open in the end zone?

Would love the defense to hold a team under 20 points sometime soon. Every WR for Akron was open, got to love playing zone in the endzone.

Have to hope Scott can go at Miami because Dysart can pick the score if Ohio can't pressure him at all

Unfortunately the offense is also playing defense

was that a little early for the offensive reserves, or is it just me?

It wasn't just you. Not sure why you pull the starters when they've struggled for 3/4ths of the game up until that point.

Now it looks like Akron is about to make it a 1 TD game.

Pathetic and Embarrassing to play like this at home against Akron.

Sad that Akron has more total offense than we do.

So I don't think I'm out of line to say that if Akron didn't turn the ball over like crazy today Ohio would have been blownout.

Why blitz so many guys? Nobody was within 5 yards of the QB.

I watched Harvard beats Yale 29-29 last weekend.  Ohio on the Charles scored 16 points in under a minute on Yale.  these late scores and on-side kicks really give me the willies.

If Akron recovers this then they are going to win the game. Frank screwed up with that last offensive possession and it might kill the season.

Ohio needs to get out of here with a win and then figure how to play defense again during next 2 weeks!

Akron had a clear cover there and then knocked it out. Half the mistakes on their part today and they bury Ohio.

"play 4 quarters" = "that's what we're all about".
