Can't be punting this late in the game.  PERIOD!  The defense has done decent for once.

How the hell has this OU team won 8 games this year? We can't get out of our own way.

Going to bed, can't believe the inability of this team and coaching staff to show up for a major home game.  Just dissapointing, changes need to be made.  Good programs don't lose game like this, but mental midgets on the sideline make that possible.

Majority of this team - and particularly, the coaches -- have alot of soul searching to do this off-season.

The worst part is watching Dave Clawson strut and pump his fist like he had some genius gameplan.

I'm sure he said : "LET'S BLOCK TWO PUNTS
AND LET THEM LOOK LIKE  A POP WARNER TEAM,
AND WE'LL THROW THE BALL CRAPPY AND WIN!"

I guess at this point I want to see Kent win the East since we have no interest in doing so.  Their fans have been miserable longer than just about anyone else.

I am getting a little sick of watching every opponents back look like a stud on our defense.

This could very well be one of the most disappointing, underachieving seasons of all time.

I agree.

Looking back, we should have lost the UMass and Marshall games, so after tonight's loss, I guess we really were more like a .500 team after all.

Wait, I forgot we took care of business against Norfolk State.  ; )

Painful watching this.  At Home, with much to play for, and they lay a complete egg.

The season started by whipping a lion but is going to end with us playing like lambs unfortunately. This team has serious issues on offense and that falls right at the feet of the offensive coordinator.

Can't go Captain Checkdown here. Take some shots. Like Miami.

Blankenship is the only player who showed up and played all out for 4 quarters.

Must have shocked Albin, because he immediately took him out for whole series once he looked unstoppable.

If  they score, you're in onside kick territory I'd think. They have three timeouts, but I don't think you have time or the defense to trust to get a three and out.

That sack looked just like the Miami end of game sack.

Tettleton has bailed out of the pocket early all night.

Tyler Tettleton believes in his scrambling ability way too much. He thinks he's unsackable. He's been pretty sackable lately.

Throwing it short on 4th and 19 is just as dumb as taking a sack.

Time to start Vick and work for the future because Tettleton has absolutely killed us in the past few weeks.  Nothing left to fight for this year as Kent isn't going to lose twice.

That series breaking down is on Tettleton for taking the sack.  Throw the ball away.  He thinks he can run away from any pressure, but tonight he's playing against a real defense.

This is an embarassment on national TV.

The punting game debacle will be replayed in highlights over and over.

And to think he learned from that experience.

Oh well.....at least one team showed up to play tonight.  I think their MVP is our special teams.  Gift wrapped what 19 points?

Zero legitimate offensive drives for BG really...the trick play and countless short fields.  This was about as pathetic as I have seen the cats in a very, very long time.  I would have thought Knorr was still coaching.

I give this team a F on all levels tonight.

Congratulations on your career night Mr. Samuel.

Our heads weren't in this one tonight. From top to bottom. Maybe it's the short week vs. BG's week off. Maybe it's something more significant. I don't know. I still love my Cats, and I have enough perspective that I'm not going to bitch too much about finishing the season 8-4. But, damn, I thought this was the year....

Will be Northern and Kent State in the MAC championship.

Northern wins it all, and wins the Motor City/Lil Ceasar's over Big 10 team.

Watching OU lately, we probably don't deserve a bowl bid.  Plus, fans will not be excited to see an 8-4 team who has lost 4 of 5.

Damn you SI, damn you.

Let's go Walter "Get" Offutt and DJ!

I am sick to my stomach.  How was this team ranked 23rd in the country a few weeks ago?
