11/18 UPDATE
Teamrankings sum is 78.8 which went up 2 full teams on Saturday. I was watching yesterday with a few upsets of ineligible teams vs. eligible I was expecting it to.

Again, that list includes JMU and Jax St. who already have more than six wins and will get to play if the bowls are short of eligible team. With the sum a 78.8 and there being 82 spots that looks very likely though not as sure as it did a few days ago
