DJ's vision has been incredible the last few games. That's got to be a big part of what's made the offense go recently.

I think it has a lot to do with the fact that certain players have rediscovered their confidence.  We've had a lot of standing around and perimeter passing for about 6 or 7 games. It's a lot easier to have good vision when there is something to see.

I'd also add that it seems the rest of our players are looking for the ball and making the catches on passes that have been fumbled in prior games.

Compared to columbus and Michigan, our road record is not that bad.  I gather their SOS is fairly much greater than ours ?  Also, in general, don't the top teams win more than their share on the road?  And, I'm still not pleased with the roadie losses to Toledo and EMU.  Those are kinda unfathomable considering our three fine Ws since then.

Basketball is movement.  I could almost guard MJordan if he just stood still.

I'll agree with you that losing both games of that Toledo-EMU road trip was bad.

The thing is...all MAC teams have had an "unfathomably bad" stretch in conference play this season except for Akron.  Hopefully, Ohio has gotten their's out of their system for the rest of this season.

Hopefully Akron's started Sunday night and will carry into the tournament.

I can understand this sentiment, one that I imagine many Bobcat fans share. However, I'd rather see Akron win out until the championship game, thus making it more special when Ohio meets (and defeats) the Zips for MAC title and automatic invite.

Anyone else getting an annoying magnifying box in the middle of the screen of the STO broadcast? I'm trying to block it out, but it's tough to watch.

Is there a reason to believe giving them the ball 15 times a half is going to help us win? Rope a dope? Every time I look up from dinner, we are handing it off.

Wow these refs are bad for both teams. Just horrible. Seems like kent can just take the ball at will from us though. It looks like we are trying hard (unlike akron did) but nothing is working right now.

Is it 15minutes in basketball? Lol, no wonder I've had the feeling that half-time has just been flying all season.

Haha sure is!

Hope we have something to feel better about after the half.

That explains so much! I actually thought that UB (the only game i've made it to in several years) only put 15 minutes on their half-time clock because they were taking account of 5 minutes of halftime BS

Did we shoot a lot of 3-pointers in the first half ...what was the quality of the 3-balls we put up?

Mostly they were good looks. A few out of control lower shots that had little chance of going in...bigger problem was the lack of shots due to too many turnovers!
