Akron making a bit of a run.
On a side note, how could Zeke even pretend to act like that wasn't a foul?
Because he's the leading shot blocker in the MAC. He has to hit both arms before its a foul.

Harney out, Kent took 3 charges to get 1 called. Wendy doing his best to press this one away. Coach ween up and tell seem you're you want the press broken. Diagonal passes and try not to put the back on the floor. Come to the ball and run your half court offense. Take great shots, not just good shots

How can Betancourt keep going down and give Akron free time outs?
Edit: they just carried him off. If he's really hurt intake that back.

This is the first zips game I've seen where he announcers didn't mention Dambrot being Lebron's high school coach with every other breath ... too busy talking about Abreu.

haha we always get under their skin
I can deal with the loss. We showed an extreme amount of fight.
What I cannot deal with is the fact that those Ohio University losers think they've won something, and with a win against Miami tomorrow, will get to hang a banner for sharing the MAC regular season championship with us.
That might be the biggest tragedy of all. Can't beat us in 2 attempts but they sure get to celebrate like they've won something.

when we win the MACC I'm going to be a little sad that its not the Zips that are on the other sideline feeling the agony of defeat.

Kind of surprised Kent didn't pressure the ball more.
Not feeling confident if I'm a Zip fan that Betancourt can handle 30 minutes two nights in a row if they get past the semis.

Kent does not win that game tonight if Abreu plays, Akron almost came back to win that game without having a PG. And no way their 1st half is as bad either with him their. As much as its great that we can be co-champs and we probably won't have to see Akron in the MACC final if we take care of business. If it's Kent that takes their place it still will be a game that comes down to the last seconds or OT. Just play hard, play smart, and win baby and everything will be great.

I don't want to even hear posts or people saying Well Akron should have won the MAC if Abreau didn't drug deal... Well he made a choice, and it was a pretty dumb choice. I thought we had a really good chance against them if we were to face them in the MAC final. Let's just take care of business and make it to the NCAA tourney 3 out of 4 years. Go Bobcats.

Personally I think a season in which your only 2 losses are against a team with only 2 losses is more impressive than a season in which your 2 losses are to .500ish teams.

I'm pretty sure the voting has already been done. They announce the women's All-MAC teams today and I could be wrong but I think the voting is all done at the same time. They just announce them this week and next.

So which team lost to the 7 loss Kent team and the 9 loss Buffalo team?

According to the
ABJ
, it was cramps (Midol, please).
With a week to prep, I'm sure they'll be ready.
