We should hire that ESPn analyst from Arizona to be our coach.  He is really doing a great job of describing how our defense is being deficient.

Is it the same guy who has called us Ohio State twice?

There are certain crimes deemed heinous.  That is one of them.

Just as I was about to post about Cooper getting frustrated, he gets the and one.

I would feel great if Ohio could tie the game going into halftime. We have not played a great half, especially on defense, and some adjustments at halftime might win it for us.

We have looked about as good as we could of so far considering the circumstances. Short turn around to a long road trip at altitude against a unique style. Denver can move the ball but cant rebound worth shit. Lets keep it up!

How do you feel now?

It seems like we're getting into the groove on offense and our defense is finally defending the motion offense.  Now's the time to break it open.

Glad to see us get back to even and then take the lead at half.  Also there is a good amount of OUr fans there.  Good to see.

I was worried about how we would come out and whether we would be ready to play. That question has been answered. We just need to stay focused on defense and watch the back-cuts and I think we will be ok. We have better athletes and rebounding

Confident that if OUr seniors do work in the 2nd half, the game is Ohio's to lose.

I'm feeling good about it too.  We're doing great on the boards (9 by Ivo!)  But most of all, we got down early to them and have looked comfortable as we've clawed our way to where we are now.  Sounds a lot like what Akron did to us methinks.

I can't take another year of Kellogg starting. Is there a reason he plays so much other than his name. No defense and horrible passes, his only game is open 3's  and that's pretty inconsistent.

Hate to see Walt playing so lethargically.

He's played so tough and so well his entire time here, it's really strange for him to just be going through the motions.

0 FG attempts through 36 minutes. 1 AST and 3 REB.

He has been looking to pass the ball as soon as he catches it.

Tough way to end the season.  We fought hard all game, but we choked big.  They gave us every opportunity to win this and we couldn't get it done.

Oh well, good try!  Defense went from one of the best in the nation last year, to an average one this year.  The espn  analyst did a great job of spotting our weaknesses D.  Hey at least we beat the spread.

Seniors didn't step up in the big games this year. Disappointing. Great overall run though

In all honesty we should of lost by 10 to 15. They killed us on back cuts all game, but we stayed in it with second chance points and a complete fluke performance by them at the line. They did everything they could to give it away and we couldnt capitalize

Coach Christian, 0-9 all year vs. good to average teams.  I'm not a believer in him.  His attitude on the sideline is always negative towards the players.  Never seems happy or motivational like Groce.  We'll miss Walt, DJ, and Reggie's play next year.

lol...free throws Denver 29 Ohio 8....even the ESPN guys were trying to figure out what the refs were calling against Ohio on some of those.

Oh well...it was great ride DJ/Keely/Offutt/Baltic and company.  Being at the Georgetown, Michigan, Southern Florida and UNC games will be forever great memories.

The number of free throws our opponents took, verse what we took was a glaring weakness all year.

Could, shoulda, woulda---more salt to the wound tonight.

*Walt nice defense, but 0 shots attempted?
*Ivo nice rebounding, but 2 points?
*Nick continued he slow decent into what has to be a head scratching off season for him.  Surprised to see such a fundamentally sound player get burnt so often on d.
*DJ & Reggie carried load as they have so often this season despite their other running mates struggling.
*Best game of the year for Travis?
*Jon doing lots of little things and Stevie adding some spark.

It really was a fitting way to end a rollercoaster ride and showed glimpses of everything we witnessed during the course of the season.

Been a fun ride, wished it would've continued to Maryland, but as much as I hate seeing it all end--it really is time for a little 5 month break.  Back at it in August!
