In looking at the Paradise Jam brackets, there would only be 3 games. The way it's set up, you would play on the 21st if you lost and the 22nd if you won. Then everyone plays on the 23rd.

I looked around, this guy on Reddit is compiling a master schedule as they are released. Quite handy. Nothing more known than what has been posted here, although if you look at the top of the spreadsheet at all the teams who have released schedules already you can see who we aren't playing!

He has us playing winner/loser of Indiana State vs Norfolk State in round 2 of the Paradise Jam.

There is a tab to look by each conference. It was interesting to look at who the rest of the MAC is playing. Most of their schedules are more filled in than ours is at this point.

What I find interesting is that Conferences seem to take so long to release schedules.
Yep, OUC, this is one we know about. Coach even discussed it during caravan stop this spring...

Well the reddit page still shows that we are going to IUPUI while also showing them hosting Miami. Who knows with that date? The SC State issue is official; they released their schedule.

It is still summer guys! Do some gardening, or take a boat ride, go to the beach.Maybe even enjoy one of those beer fests that are making the rounds. Enjoy yourselves and the magnificent weather.
My guess is you have two weeks until you see the schedule.You will enjoy it so much more since you had to wait!

Not sure if you all are aware of this, but the Bobcats will travel to Olean to play St. Bonaventure Saturday December 5 at 4 p.m.

Should be a good game. Seems like all the games we play against each other go down to the wire. How are you guys expecting to be this season?

We're a big question mark. A 10 win season would not surprise me and a 20 win season wouldn't either. Our most productive players last year were all seniors, each coming from different backgrounds (one 4-year player, one D-1 transfer, and one JUCO transfer) and they each experienced three different head coaches in their careers. Chemistry just wasn't present. This year we will be counting on a number of new faces. We will need a few freshman to play meaningful minutes and we have two well-regarded transfers becoming eligible - a PG from Houston and a big from Michigan State. We have talent and potential, but with only one senior, I think we are a year away.

I love playing St. Bonaventure. I was fortunate enough to attend the December 2010 game in Olean which resulted in a 4OT Bonnies win. Nicholson was unbelievable that day -- 44 points and he helped foul out several Bobcats. Our D.J. Cooper almost matched him. I like that old gym and the beautiful drive -- may have to make that trek this year.

Pretty much nail on the head in my opinion. Reliance on freshman and sophomores for heavy minutes isn't usually a great way to win. That said, we saw a 2010 team that had 2-3 freshmen play major minutes do some nice things. I'm really anxious to see this bunch develop as the year goes on.
