Who Guaranteed this win? We’re gonna give up 50 at this rate by half. They will keep it up if we don’t play some defense.
WOOSH, went the joke...

Is Clayton hurt or benched?

Now that the gambling companies know EMU is shaving points in the first half, they will be under pressure to play well as a cover-up. This will backfire and the stress will get to them. We will be up 30 by half!
Nice post and prediction! We go from a 30 point lead to a deficit of 15. 45 point swing. Just gotta love predictions.

Well that half of basketball sucked.

Pav has more rebounds than all of our bigs combined so far. That’s a fun stat (sighs).

Here we go again. It’s difficult to beat a team that is shooting 60% but the ease of the shots reflects poor defense. And offensive rebounding continues to be nonexistent. At some point this will have to change or the future is not bright.

It looked like Clayton was holding his arm.

Searls is not a good defender and rebounds his position very poorly. He is what he is, but if we need 30 minutes a game out of him our defense is going to suffer. And we weren't a good defensive team to start with.

If Hadaway is out for an extended period of time, we're in a lot of trouble.

Personally, the way this team is playing. I believe we’re gonna lose tonight. That being the case I would be playing Elliot and Evans the whole second half. They need to get some experience at the MAC level

This made me chuckle but I do feel bad for her. She was struggling.

She might give Louis the (Bad) Weatherman a run for his money.

Your Vegas Vic is the least of our problems. We didn’t expect that much out of him. It’s the rest of the people that have sucked really bad this game.
I hear you but if you are 6 foot 8 and starting D1 basketball, you can stand flat and get a board. He always seems out of position. But other than Pavs no one else boards. And all you AJB promoters step up.

Speaking of bad, Clayton/Searls/Evans combined for ONE rebound.

That's one more than my 80 year old mother-in-law with the neck brace on.

Nothing says MAC sports better than EMU's studio host explaining that she's a Michigan fan and saying "Go Blue."

There goes Pav again, dribbling, full-court trying to put a shot up. Great team basketball.
One thing for sure, it’s hard to rebound when they’re shooting over 60%. Also, why does Vic always end up at the top of the circle on the pick up roll? Just not athletic enough.

If we're just going to punt this game with Clayton sitting on the bench, I want to see some Evans and Kuany in the game. Some Ben Nicol also.

Pavs has the highest assist rate on the team by a huge margin, and without him the ball basically doesn't move. The idea that he's a selfish player is insane, and hI have no problem with somebody -- anybody in this game trying to make something happen right now. Nobody is stepping up and trying to lead this offense.

I don’t care what his statistics are. There he goes again dribbling with no clue where he’s going or what he’s going to do and he loses the ball. And he’s a tremendous defense of liability.

So Hadaway and Clayton are now injured and James is not currently with the team. What a mess with conference play in full swing!

This is an embarrassing effort tonight regardless of their situation.

Can Clayton look anymore disinterested in playing basketball tonight?

Does he have the flu?

This is pathetic.

He's especially good at dribbling in a circle down low with his head down. the fact he may be the best point guard we have is an indictment of the staff, not his effort.
