It hasn't taken long for Chris Garrett to make a positive impact on Ohio football. The true freshman returned three punts for 90 yards, including a 62-yarder, vs. Rutgers. Garrett's season average of 26.8 yards per punt return is first in the MAC and fourth in the nation. His 134 punt return yards through three games are just 32 yards short of Dion Byrum's team-leading total of 166 from a year ago.
