Ohio has received a verbal commitment from Martinsburg (WV) High School wide receiver Cedric Brown. The 6-3, 185-pounder chose Ohio over Marshall among other schools. Brown, who was a Class AAA first-team all-state selection this year, caught 57 passes for 846 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also intercepted three passes as one of Martinsburg's starting cornerbacks and had a punt-return touchdown. Martinsburg is the defending two-time Class AAA (big school) state champs in West Virginia.
