Northwestern quarterback Brett Basanez proved to be too much for Ohio as he led his Wildcats to a 38-14 win Saturday afternoon in Evanston. The senior QB completed 27 of 37 passes for 353 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another.

Ohio will host Pitt Friday night in a game that will be nationally televised on ESPN2. The Panthers dropped their opener 42-21 to Notre Dame.
