Tatum Picks Ohio Over Syracuse

Ohio football coach Brian Knorr scored a recruiting victory when he received a verbal commitment from Lafayette (La.) St. Thomas More defensive back Dustin Tatum. Dustin, the brother of Ohio linebacker Spencer Tatum, chose Ohio over Syracuse. As a senior, Tatum had 45 tackles, 7 pass break-ups and an interception. The 5-11, 175-pounder runs a 4.4 40-yard dash and also had scholarship offers from Mississippi St. and Cincinnati.
