Ohio Head Football Coach Brian Knorr announced today that the Bobcats will pursue a new offensive coordinator for next season. Greg Gregory, who has been the offensive coordinator for the past three seasons, has been relieved of his duties. He becomes the second coordinator to be let go during Knorr's tenure. Defensive coordinator Tim Kish was not retained after the 2001 season, his first and and only season with the Bobcats.

In a press release, Knorr commended Gregory for his service to this university and the football program. "He is a man of integrity and he has served the program well. However, I have decided to make a change. It is my belief that our offense needs different leadership to carry us into the future", Knorr said. ?We hope to fill this position quickly. However, we will conduct a thorough search to identify the best person available", Knorr added.
