The Ohio football team will look to shake off its loss to Buffalo as it hosts Kent St. Saturday afternoon at Peden Stadium. The Bobcats (2-6 Overall, 1-3 MAC) are looking to snap a 2-game losing streak and will likely have to do so without starting quarterback Fred Ray. Ray aggravated a right shoulder injury against Buffalo. Ryan Hawk and Austen Everson split snap in practice this week.
Kent St. comes in looking to snap a 4-game losing streak of its own with the last two of those losses coming by a combined 11 points. Ohio handed the Flashes a 50-0 pasting when the two teams met last season at Kent. Kent St. QB Josh Cribbs was limited to just 44 yards passing and threw 3 interceptions before leaving to injury in the 3rd quarter of that game.
