Miami (OH) expeditiously capitalized on two crucial first-half turnovers to turn around a game in which Ohio had started quickly to jump to a 28-7 halftime lead and ultimately beat the Bobcats 38-20 in Oxford.
With the score tied 7-7 in the second quarter, Miami Univ. (OH) marched only 14 yards for a score after a Chad Brinker fumble and only 17 yards after a Stafford Owens fumble to leap to a 21-7 lead while only 1:39 elapsed on the game clock.
