Shooting guard Allen Hester from Ohlone Community College (Fremont, CA) has signed to play with Ohio for the 2007-08 season. The 6-1, 185-pounder visited Ohio on April 13th. He had previously visited Northern Arizona on April 6th and had an offer there as well. Hester played prep basketball at Oakland's St. Joseph Notre Dame High School. Last season at Ohlone, he averaged 11 points, 4 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2 assists while shooting 42% from the 3-point line. His signing leaves the Bobcats one available scholarship for next season.
