Beavercreek High School power forward Jerome Tillman has signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball at Ohio. The 6-6, 230-pounder was named Dayton Daily News Division 1 Area Player of the Year. He averaged 26.7 points and 11.7 rebounds this past season. Beavercreek participated in the Flyin' to the Hoop Tourney which featured some of the top teams in Ohio and from around the country. Tillman was named to that All-Tourney team with Daequan Cook (Dunbar HS and OSU commit), Johnny Wolf (St. X HS and Xavier commit) James Dews (Lakota East HS) and Scott Grote (Centerville). HoopScoop lists Jerome as the 394th player in the class of 2005.
