Ohio concludes its regular season needing wins against conference leaders Miami and Kent State in order to secure a first-round home game in the MAC Tournament. The first test comes tonight in Oxford as the Cats (11-14 Overall, 7-9 MAC) play rival and MAC East leader Miami (13-12, 11-5). The RedHawks won the first meeting between the teams, 77-65, back on January 14th in the Convo and can clinch the East with wins in their remaining two games.

The Bobcats' 70-65 win over Marshall Saturday gave the team its first winning streak of the season. The health of Delvar Barrett and Sonny Johnson remains a question mark. Barrett, still recovering from an ankle sprain, could play just five minutes vs. Marshall. Johnson is still suffering from the effects of his January 26th car accident and his missed the last four games.

The RedHawks had a 4-game win streak snapped at Bowling Green Saturday. Sophomore forward Danny Horace returns to their lineup after serving a two-game MAC suspension for an altercation in the Buffalo game on Feb. 22. Horace is the RedHawks' second leading scorer (12.0 ppg) and rebounder (5.7 rpg). Junior guard Juby Johnson leads the team averaging 14.7 ppg, but it has been junior guard Chet Mason who has been providing a spark as of late. Mason averaged 15.0 ppg, 6.5 rpg and 4.0 spg for the RedHawks last week. Millett Hall has not been friendly to the Bobcats. Ohio has lost seven of eight there and 16 of the last 20.
