In the plan there is a huge reduction of construction spending beyond the immediate fiscal year or so with only Seifred Hall tapped for major renovation. On slide p.25 it list problem facilities. Of that problem facility list Brown House (demo), Edgehill (demo), Scott Quad (demo), RTEC, Kanter, Wilson and Grosvenor (old HCOM) all do not make the priority to reinvest list. RTEC I'd imagine might be next for demolition.
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) dollars in millions.
FY20 $210.16
FY21 $104.98
FY22 $60.36
FY23 $70.81
FY24 $69.71
FY25 $43.65
FY26 $25.46
https://www.ohio.edu/sites/default/files/sites/facilities... On slide p.48 it discusses plans for the three extension campuses; Dublin, Cleveland and Beavercreek. Beavercreek I believe was part of the old Russ Engineering holdings but now they want to build it out to a full extension campus. Dublin which is not far from New Albany and the Intel site is aiming for a joint commercial hotel venture. This might be why talk of putting a conference center hotel at the ridges hasn't progressed from the 2016 master plan. Host the University conferences in Dublin where its closer to the airport in Columbus.
