After an AMEN, I still have question after reading this thread: Is Ngoumo truly eligible for the 2010 season? If so, I wonder if we might see him try his hand at RB to replace that stud from the California JUCO who beat both OCF and Doc in our sophomore slump years with actually getting a 00.00 GPA in his last term.  That's water over the damn.  If Ngoumo is eligible immediately this is truly good news!!!  Please tell me that this is correct.

Thanks, Doc.  Me thinks that Frank has got something up his sleeve.

How were the meteor showers?  Some of my ham radio buddies use those showers for enhancing propagation on the six meter band.  I messed with that once, but not this year.  You get this incredible bouncing of signals off the ionization that is created by the meteors.  Oops, sorry to bore you about this inside baseball stuff.

It's a crap shoot on seeing shooting stars.....the best one I saw was a fireball at about 10:30 but they say the best time is midnight until dawn....did head out to the Fayette Co. and Ross Co. line at one of my fave hiking spots at 3 am.....didn't see a lot of shooting stars but the regular stars and Mars were excellent......seem to be twice as many when you get away from city lights.
