Meanwhile, Rivals is lagging, and says "The selected team does not have a football program."

That's some sad news from Rivals.  On the plus side, I'll get more work done in the fall, I guess.

About Shay Netter from a different thread:

[QUOTE= Bigboy2011]He attended the first semester at Toledo. There was some paper work issue that had to dealt with with the NCAA .Everything got straighten out with the NCAA, but by the time it got cleared the season already started so he practice with the team and was red shirted. He was a preferred walk on. So the youngman is ready to play football he will have to sit out  a year due to tranferring from a division 1 school to another division 1 school. He will have 3 years of playing time left. The NCAA will consider him a redshirt sophmore for the 2011 season but he will be ready for the 2012 season.

No. What I'm saying is that Shay Netter tweeted that someone just decommitted from OSU and Arkansas to play for Ohio. Netter is already at Ohio.

His tweet:

***** is decommiting from o state and arkansas to come to ohio u we in buildiing

I'm not worried about Clark. Colerain's twitter says he's still on board and his own twitter shows that he had a custom Ohio University hat made.

Clark and Wiggins would fill out the two slots left on the ohiobobcats.com recruiting board. If there's a surprise, they'd have to add (or delete) another slot.

They go on to count out 20 recruits including 1 from California, but hae only announced 19 names and haven't listed Wiggins yet.  I think it's safe to say he is #20 and the California Recruit.

I think they just missed tweeting Wiggins. They say we got 1 recruit from California, but nobody they named fits that description.

Wiggins is 3 hours behind due to California timezone which might have some impact on the fax.

Is this the best class on paper?? I think prior to yesterday it was without a doubt..today not so sure. Still a great group and none of that matters for a yr or 2 and they have to prove it on the field!

8 guys with BCS offers plus the JUCO(s) says its better than last year, though last year was the best ever up to that date. A slightly better class than last season.

I know Clark doesn't even necessarily rate as the top player by some of the services, but his actually scholarship offers seem to be of the highest caliber of any player I can remember the Bobcats getting. By my count, he had 11 offers to BCS schools, including to a school (Arkansas) that finished this past season ranked fifth in the country.

Nice move by Wiggins to make the call now instead of prior to summer camp or something. Now we can use the scholarship elsewhere...late qualifier, transfer, etc. Best of luck to him.
