There is no question he will get a shot with an NFL team. The only question is whether it will be as a draft pick, or as an undrafted free agent. With his pro-day numbers, that will certainly move him up.
I agree. And the guy's just not a workout warrior. The guy lead the MAC in rushing this year, so his game production is there obviously. To the good GMs like John Dorsey (don't diss my Browns anymore!), game film as just as if not more important than these workout numbers.
And AJ can block. I've watched the Frisco Bowl several times over the last several months (yes I miss football) and the number of key blocks AJ made to allow Rourke that extra second to make a pass was amazing. GMs aren't going to play a running back who can't protect the quarterback.
