When was the last time Ohio was last in the MAC in total offense per game? Interesting matchup between the MAC's worst offense (Ohio) and worst defense (BG).

Nope. No 110 for tomorrow or the other game. The campus closed on Tuesday until late January and administration didn’t want students traveling back and forth from their home town’s potentially spreading COVID. Although they could have allowed a volunteer “pep band” since it is a large stadium and no one else was sitting on the student side at all, I’m not as upset with the administration’s decision on this as other things they have done.

If I was a betting man, I'd bet we are not the worst offense statistically after today's game! ;-)

Oh.....the cheerleaders get to attend. They must be COVID immune.

Vandenderg was dead center on the XP. Hopefully, he can still be a good kicker.

Watching the game on ESPNU. Those jerseys look so good. I want to buy one really bad.

Who are these game announcers? They are so bad. They aren't finishing sentences.

Rourke just took a shot on a safety blitz. Hope he is ok. Power drive into the ground. Not a cheap shot either.

It is alarming how far Jinks ran the BG program into the dirt. They look at least two years away from being any bit respectable.

I usually don’t question effort of non-pro athletes.

I’m not sure BG is trying.

45 points in a half is spectacular. I don't know how many yards you'll need to win your bet but it was done with a good but far less than spectacular 289 yards of offense. With Rourke out and a 35 point lead we'll do a lot of killing the clock in the second half.

Rourkes injury is to same shoulder he had surgery on in the off season.
Trainer was holding Routrke's arm in and close to the ribs position as he walked off.
Looked like clean hit but defender fell on top of him as he went down hard on that shoulder

I hope he is ok. Starting to blossom before our eyes.

From the participation report...

Key Players missing.
- Keye Thompson (LB)
- J. Wood (LB)
- Burks (DL)
- Burton (DL)
- Matthews (DL)
- X. Motley (CB)

I know Frank mentioned someone is out for the season due to injury? Not sure if it's Wood, Burks or someone else I'm not aware of?

Also, it said Will Evans played but I don't think I saw him out there? Looks like Dugan got the start today.

Key Players back
- Kai Caesar (DL)
- Floyd (S)
- Buckner (WR)
- Walton (WR)

After watching Buffalo destroy Kent St today we're gonna need everyone to step up to have a chance to stop that run game.

Agree on Rourke. I don’t see us beating the top MAC teams without him.

That was a un first half for sure. (But boy is BG.... not good.)

What the results of today are say to me is Ohio closer to the top teams than the bottom and that Kent as I said before is a year away yet.

Its a 1 game playoff for Ohio at this point because they have to win next week to have a shot at the East and if they don't they'll have to be Kent the following week if they want a crack at a bowl.

So what was Rourke's injury, and is he out the rest of the year? Appeared to be a separated shoulder from the way they were holding his arm.

I don't understand how anyone that lived through the Knorr era can be surprised by the speed of atrophy.

Improving, though. He did hit seven straight PATs -- something he hadn't done in the first two games -- with only one squeaker, and one out of two FGs. He even got touchbacks on some kickoffs.

With covid cases all around the country rising and many games being called every week, don't be surprised if the Bobcats game with the Bulls gets scratched.
