Red Room Reunion weekend in Athens.......everyone who flies in has some problems with downward wind shear near Cincy primarily because M%^$i sucks.

Ha! Just last week my flight out of Cincy was cancelled. The skies were clear, so there was no real explanation. I hadn't thought about it until just now, but you're right. It had to be because Miami sucks.

Is there anything better than the vids with the players in the locker room ending up with 'em singing Stand Up And Cheer and J. Grooms being tossed in the air for 'We Love Football!'

I hope someone will print up a load of flyers with the words to SUAC on 'em and take them to the home game at redhawk so we can win and serenade.

It will be a kind act which will help resurrect their lousy characters because

miami sucks.

It appears I have to rewrite this as it was lost in the server crash.

Drawing upon the work of Anselm, Rene Descartes clearly established in his argument for the existence of God that that which is most or "supremely" perfect possesses the necessary quality of existence. That which possesses necessary existence is more perfect than that which exists only upon contingency.

The Bobcat exists. It is lynx rufus, the American Bobcat, and it habits our rolling hills of the Hocking Valley.

The Redhawk does not exist. It is a fabrication; a man-made synthetic and manufactured creation of marketers and administrators in a mistake of decision-making that intended to replace another, more poorly-made decision.

Therefore,

That which exists is more perfect than that which does not exist;
The Bobcat exists;
The Redhawk does not exist;
The Bobcat is more perfect than the Redhawk.

Q.E.D.

I was cleaning out my garage today and had set some old lawn chairs out by the curb for the trash pick up. A little while later a late model pick up truck pulls up in front of my driveway and a really large, buff dude gets out wearing what looks to be a Miami polo shirt. Now, I'm standing in my driveway wearing a gray Ohio University t shirt.  We both noticed each others shirts at the same time and just sort of stood there for a minute and looked at each other in bewilderment, not sure if we were really seeing what we thought we were seeing.

The guy then asks if I'm throwing the chairs away, I say yes, he asks if he can have them, I say yes, he grabs the chairs, puts them in his truck and splits. I think we were both so surprised because we're not in Ohio, we're in Texas. What are the odds?

I'm pretty sure a Miami grad just picked through my garbage today. The friday night lights are on, the stars are big and bright, and Miami still sucks.

ha, thanks man, it was pretty crazy. I wish I had had the presence of mind to say something to him but the visual was so surreal all I could do was stand there in bewilderment and watch it happen.

We already did -- Benjamin Harrison's first job after leaving the presidency was, of all things, as a trustee of Purdue University.

Believe it or not, this was actually a groundbreaking rally in American Politics; probably the most important ever.  A few democrats came and for the first time in history AGREED with republicans; agreed about the massive suckage that is Miami.
