Ozcat,
You do know the creator of the character Ron Burgundy and the scriptwriter for Anchorman is a Temple Alum?

Apparently the good folks at "]["emple U have to provide Appalachia its entertainment heroes too...

Which if funny, because as I read these Temple fools' posts, in the back of my mind I keep hearing Will Ferrell screaming "I DRIVE A DODGE STRATUS!!!"

IIt's a bad rap on Jersey though. Most of the state is actually gorgeous.

First off,as a life long NJ resident, I couldn't agree with you more about most of N.J. being geogeous.

As far as fans of Philly teams. The Temple fans who have posted here, seem to be a lot like the  Eagle fans we Giants fans have had to deal with for what seems like forever.
The consenus out here is that, except for a rare exception, they have no class. Then again, that may be because they don't have any Super Bowl wins either.

This is the best you can do?  McKay also went to Penn State, so you can arm wrestle them over who gets to claim him.

And hopefully you have never enjoyed Married With Children, MacGuyver, the Simpsons, or Modern Family.  Or read Sports Illustrated or watched The Today Show.  We wouldn't want you to derive any entertainment from any Bobcats.

Don't forget any Paul Newman movie or his  "Newman's Own" products.

Hopefully he's not a longtime Phillies fan, because if so he would certainly be a fan of the work of Bobcat legend Mike Schmidt.

sweet lord I love Temple. The big topic of discussion tonite is whether or not they should storm the court when (IF) they beat Georgetown tomorrow nite.

lmao, have you ever seen anyone count their chickens before they hatch more than Temple fans? I hope Temple never leaves the MAC, like the Jelly of the Month Club, delusional Temple fans are the gift that keeps giving all year long.

fyi, Temple fans, this is how you act when you beat Georgetown

hahahaha, these asshats "stormed the court" last night., nothing like a PRE PLANNED COURT STORMING to embarrass yourselves again on ESPN.

I change my mind, Temple basketball is too embarrassing to add to the MAC.

Haha, see what I did there.  I used this cool website called Google to find an image of your pre-game warmups in a near empty gym.  Pretty clever.

I also found an article about an 18 year old who was shot in the back outside your gym following his high school graduation ceremony.

MH55 abstained from the Temple court storming this week because unlike the rest of the fans in attendance, he bore witness to the last time Georgetown lost and could actually "act like he's been there".

The thread is titled "Where's That Fool from Temple Now?" And right on cue, on several occasions, they remind us, "We're right here."

Temple is expected to name its new head coach at a press conference at Shady Oaks retirement center on Monday afternoon.

"With the football and the zone coverage and the Jello Pudding endorsements and your grandfather the late jazz musician's marching band and the hipping and the hopping..."
