Hello everyone,

A much different game against 'State this time around. That defense was just too much for an offense that was
still struggling to find its identity. Time to take what we learned this week and focus on the Herd to finally take
that bell back home with us. It has definitely been with Marshall for far too long that much is for sure.

Here are our current totals for all of the donors this year:
(If your current total is $0, I will post your totals as soon as you have a running balance.)

1 colobobcat66 $60.65
2 Dan's Mom $53.49
3 bobcat2nc $48.15
4 bobcatgrad $42.74
5 Monroe Slavin, CPA $25.00
6 CeramicBobcat $15.84
7 Bobcat36 $12.81
8 Bobcatbob $7.38
Total:    $266.05

To the OHIO football team,

Tough outing this time around against OSU which could have quite possibly been
due to the fact that this was the first year Ohio State took us seriously and didn't
play vanilla against us. Naturally, this is just my opinion and I could be wrong, but
that is just the feeling that I got. And if this is the case, it actually could mark a
turning point to the program. But, instead of worrying about that, I am sure the
whole team is focused on Marshall so let's move on to what your stats earned you
in donations for ol' Ohio this outing.

To the Offense, perhaps the biggest surprise in your stats in this game is that the
O-line pitched a shut-out in allowing sacks this game. Naturally, this could have
been due to a quicker release of the ball for this game, but nonetheless
congratulations on the accomplishment. Had a really rough outing running and
passing the ball and a much more difficult time hanging on to the ball. This is an
old lesson from two seasons ago that should not be allowed to resurface of not
allowing the team to beat itself. Naturally, this was a very tough D you went
against, but taking good care of the football can go a long way in helping you to
win football games and in this season getting us to that bowl game that you want
to win this time around. Special thanks go out to Boo for coming in and
preventing the shut out with a nice pass to McCrae this game and for your next
game against Marshall how about trying to accomplish on of these two goals
sponsored in the Challenge? A game without turnovers is worth $8 in donations
and for every 100 yard rusher the team has will earn Ohio athletics $20. So good
luck against the Thundering Herd! For your efforts, the donors award you with
the following:

 $ 0.02 per 3 rushing yards x 76 =  $ 1.27
 $ 0.05 per 6 passing yards x 82 =  $  0.41
 $ 1.00  per big (25 yd.) play x 1 =  $ 1.00
 $ 3.00 for a touchdown x 1 =  $ 3.00
 $ 1.00 per quarter with no sacks x 4 =  $ 4.00
        TOTAL  $    9.68

To the Defense, I can't speak for all the other donors here, but one thing I liked
about your performance this game is you never gave up. Your hard nose play
was really inspiring despite how difficult it was to defense against Ohio State's
offense. 95 tackles on the outing is good enough for a season best and your 3
sacks on the day were also a season best so far. Naturally, the number of tackles
were due in no small part to how long you were out there on the field, but you
seemingly never tired out there as buckeye after buckeye came out with an injury.
Keep up this intensity against the Herd! Also good to see the two turnovers one
of which prevented a touchdown. Marshall's QB has thrown a lot of picks so far
from what I hear so zero in on the Marshall passing game and add to that
turnover total.

In two yet-to-be earned categories to keep in mind, a shut out in any game is
worth $20 in donations and if a D-lineman runs a TD in for a score, that is worth $24.
So without further ado, here are the donations we reward you with for this game.
Also, in the first two weeks, I was accidentally only counting the number of TFLs.
That would have been fine for last  year's 'Challenge, but this year we are counting
the number of TFL yards so I have made the necessary corrections.

   $ 0.03  per tackle x 95 =  $ 2.85
w/  $ 0.08  bonus for every TFL yard  x 29 =  $ 2.32
   $ 1.20  per sack  x 3 =  $ 3.60
   $ 2.50  per turnover x 2 =  $ 5.00
   $ 1.25  per shutout quarter   x 1 =  $ 1.25
          TOTAL  $ 15.02

To Special Teams, first of all a big congrats go out to Hershey for an excellent
game punting the football. The net punt yards in this game were a season best.
We did well returning the football narrowly missing getting a kick return TD if it
wasn't for the one penalty. Remember TD returns are also worth a lot in
donations-- for kick offs it is $12 and for punts it is $30. So to Brazill if you are
listening out there, so more motivation to get back into your old ways from last
season. Also, fumble returns for touchdowns are also worth $12 so plenty of
donations to be earned to help out OU. For your efforts this game, we the donors
award you with the following donations.

Oh and one quick note here... made a mistake by not putting in the total unit
amount so that has been adjusted for this week. All your donation amounts
should be accurate now.

 $  0.45 per extra point x 1 =  $     0.45
 $  0.80 per punt inside the 20   x 2 =  $     1.60
 $  0.06 per kick return yard x 167 =  $   10.02
 $  0.10 per punt return yard x 24 =  $     2.40
 $  0.02 per net punt yard x 257 =  $     5.14
        TOTAL  $   19.61

So without further ado, here are your weekly totals. Notice that the correction
of the special teams unit amounts have boosted their totals.

Game 1 - Wofford
1. Special Teams: $30.86*
2. Offense:              $29.84*

Hello all,

Wasn't able to watch this one, but was following the scores on my phone.
When I saw we had caught up by a score but then that there was only 2 min.
left, I had to check back and find the final result just to be sure. I couldn't
believe it we I saw we had just barely missed winning the game. Good to
see we found some offense however, but naturally we still have a lot to
improve on. Hopefully we can start to turn things back around from Eastern.
We certainly don't want to break that losing streak that everyone keeps talking
about. Time to get back to our winning ways. Go 'Cats!

To the OHIO football team,

Tough loss to have, but great comeback by the team and great to see you come
back frombeing down so many points.

For the Offense, the rushing offense got back on track against what was heralded
as a pretty strong Marshall D. The O-line did give up two sacks, but helping pave
the way to get these yards is a sign of improvement. Coach mentioned what I
noticed before that one of the things that allowed us to have the great season
that we had last year was our big play ability. In this regard, it was good to see us
get 3 big plays. Even if they all were hauled in by McCrae that is another step in
the right direction. Only one turnover this week as well, so let's try to have one
more less against Eastern to earn some more donations. For your efforts, we
the donors award you with the following donations.
 $  0.02 per 3 rushing yards x 130 =  $   2.17
 $  0.01 per 6 passing yards x 201 =  $   1.01
 $  1.00  per big (25 yd.) play x 3 =  $   3.00
 $  3.00 for a touchdown x 2 =  $   6.00
 $  1.00 per quarter with no sacks x 2 =  $   2.00
 $  0.50 each rushing 1st down on 3rd or 4th x 1 =  $   0.50
        TOTAL  $  14.67

To the Defense, unfortunately no sacks or turnovers this week which really limited
how many donations you could earn despite the fact of how hard you played. You
shut down Marshall's running game according to what I heard and came up with
a key stop that gave us chance to win it all. Great effort and good luck against
the Eagles.
   $  0.03 per tackle x 90 =  $   2.70
w/  $  0.08 bonus for every TFL yard  x 8 =  $   0.64
          TOTAL  $   3.34

To Special Teams, what more can you say about Hershey? We couldn't ask for
a punter that does more for our team. To have Hershey together with Weller,
Ohio definitely keeps what now seems like somewhat of a tradition of having a
strong kicking game. Great to have it on both sides in punting and kicking this
year too. Did okay in returns it looks likeas well. Keep up the great work!

 $  0.45 per extra point x 2 =  $   0.90
 $  1.40 per field goal   x 1 =  $   1.40
 $  0.80 per punt inside the 20   x 2 =  $   1.60
 $  0.06 per kick return yard x 107 =  $   6.42
 $  0.10 per punt return yard x 9 =  $   0.90
 $  0.02 per net punt yard x 209 =  $   4.18
        TOTAL  $  15.40

And as usual, here are your weekly totals....

Game 1 - Wofford
1. Special Teams: $30.86*
2. Offense:              $29.84*
3. Defense:             $7.87-
Total:                       $68.57*

Game 2 - Toledo
1. Special Teams:  $14.79
2. Defense:              $12.69+
3. Offense:               $9.45
Total:                       $36.93-

Game 3 - Ohio State
1. Special Teams:  $19.61+
2. Defense:              $15.02*
3. Offense:               $9.68-
Total:                       $44.31+

Game 4 - Marshall
1. Special Teams:  $15.40-
2. Offense:               $14.67+
3. Defense:              $3.34
Total:                       $33.41

* = best to date
+ = 2nd best to date
- = 3rd best to date

Team Unit Totals:
1. Special Teams: $80.66
2. Offense:              $60.64
3. Defense:             $38.92
Team Unit Running Total: $180.22

And Special Teams holds on to the top spot this week. Still plenty mroe
games to go though.

To the OHIO football team,

Is it just me, or does it just feel really good to finally have a win after three straight
losses? Great to have the monkey off of this bobcat's back, but let's make it a point
to keep him off from now as we face our second consecutive bird mascot again this
week versus BUGS. Time to start a bobcat winning streak from now.

For the Offense, the game before last essentially the Terrence McCrae show, and
this last game against the Eagles was the Vince Davidson show apparently. With
Brazill out for the season, it is time to have a new guy step up and distinguish
themselves. Let's look at your stats earned for this game...

 $  0.02 per 3 rushing yards x 194 =  $     3.23
 $  0.01 per 6 passing yards x 218 =  $     1.09
 $  1.00  per big (25 yd.) play x 2 =  $     2.00
 $  3.00 for a touchdown x 4 =  $   12.00
 $  1.00 per quarter with no sacks x 3 =  $     3.00
 $  0.50 each rushing 1st down on 3rd or 4th x 1 =  $     0.50
 $  6.00 for each rushing touchdown by a runningback x 2 =  $   12.00
        TOTAL  $   33.82

The rushing game picked up again as we just mentioned thanks to Davidson and
with 194 yards on the ground. We also see that since two of our 4 scores were run in by
Davidson that earned $12 in donations by the offense. You were also good in the passing
game and Brazill's contribution of 46 yards out of that total are going to have to be covered
by another receiver from this game. Where the stats do show that you only got 2 big plays,
looking through the stats I found that to be kind of deceiving. There were more than a
couple of other plays that came close to 20 or just broke it without achieving the Solich
definition of 25 yards for a big play so we did much better on getting big plays on the average
this last game. For the next game, I challenge you to have no turnovers on offense to earn
$8 for playing a game with no offensive turnovers. This category has never been won yet
this season and it would be a great accomplishment to get it done for the first time against
Bowling Green that ranks 2nd nationally in turning the ball over.

To the Defense, without a doubt losing Keller has hurt you, but you are still playing very well.
Your most impressive area that I have seen so far your season is your ability to stiffen and
hold at critical times we when desperately need a stop which was definitely the case in this
game. Let's look at your stats.

   $  0.03 per tackle x 65 =  $     1.95
w/  $  0.08 bonus for every TFL yard  x 20 =  $     1.60
   $  1.20  per sack  x 3 =  $     3.60
   $  2.50 per turnover x 1 =  $     2.50
   $  1.25 per shutout quarter   x 1 =  $     1.25
          TOTAL  $   10.90

After having no sacks against Marshall, it was great to see you pick up three this
week. You also picked up a turnover which was good although after your great
performance last season, I would be lying if I said I didn't expect more. How about
trying to get more turnovers against BG and running one of them back all the way?
A defensive touchdown is worth $5 in this year's 'Challenge.

To Special Teams, aside from one missed extra point, all in all a pretty good game
for you. Here are your stats for your latest outing.
 $  0.45 per extra point x 3 =  $     1.35
 $  1.40 per field goal   x 1 =  $     1.40
 $  0.06 per kick return yard x 84 =  $     5.04
 $  0.02 per net punt yard x 64 =  $     1.28
        TOTAL  $     9.07

Weller was once again super reliable as usual connecting on a 42 yard attempt.
There were no returns on Hershey's two punts for the game and Posey continued to
show his prowess returning kicks by getting 84 yards on 4 attempts. I know this has
been a more difficult area for us with Brazill being hurt most of the season, for our
next game,how about trying to get some more punt return yards and maybe even t
ake one all the way like we did last year against BGSU last year. A punt return for a
touchdown is worth $30 in this year's 'Challenge.

And as usual, here are your weekly totals.

Game 1 - Wofford
1. Special Teams: $30.86
2. Offense:              $29.84+
3. Defense:             $7.87
Total:                       $68.57*

Game 2 - Toledo
1. Special Teams:  $14.79
2. Defense:              $12.69+
3. Offense:               $9.45
Total:                       $36.93

Game 3 - Ohio State
1. Special Teams:  $19.61+
2. Defense:              $15.02*
3. Offense:               $9.68
Total:                       $44.31 -

Game 4 - Marshall
1. Special Teams:  $15.40-
2. Offense:               $14.67-
3. Defense:              $3.34
Total:                       $33.41

Game 5 - Eastern Michigan
1. Offense:               $33.82*  ----- Best to date! Congrats!
2. Defense:              $10.90 -  ---- 3rd best to date!
3. Special Teams:    $9.07
Total:                         $53.79 +  ----  2nd best to date!

* = best to date
+ = 2nd best to date
- = 3rd best to date

Team Unit Totals:
1. Offense:              $94.46
2. Special Teams: $89.73
3. Defense:             $49.82
Team Unit Running Total: $234.01

And with a strong performance at EMU, the Offense takes the top spot away from
Special Teams this week...

After easily winning the 'Challenge in donations last year, I might have given the D too much of a handicap when I set the category totals.

I would like to make ammends by adding a new category. From now until the end of the season, I would like to make a pledge for back-to-back sacks. Every time the D gets consecutive back-to-back sacks, I will give $2. This is also good for if they get a string of sacks for example 3 sacks in a row = two back to back sacks so $4 in donations.

Also, this week we welcome Scott Woods to the Challenge as our 11th participant this year. I have reflected Scott's new pledges in the second post of this thread.

Thanks again to all who are participating this year!

Go 'Cats!!!

For a moment I was thinking yesterday was Homecoming.  The 49 points by OHIO would have meant an additional $196 due to my push-up pledge.( 7+14+21+28+35+42+49)  YIKES...Seriously I hope to see such an output next week.  Not sure my daughter who matched that pledge would want to pay quite that much

That's true. That's a lot of donations plus some very sore cheerleaders waking up the next morning. heh

And if any donation amount ever gets to be a little much, it is no problem if anyone would like to adjust their pledges though during the season after the fact. Just contact me off the thread.

To the OHIO football team,

First time to get a blowout win in quite sometime and first time in 2 years to
score 49 points I guess it was. This weekend's homecoming matchup
should have you pitted against inferior competition once again, but as always,
take it one game at a time, and while not taking focus off Akron know at the
same time the other opponent you should be competing against is yourselves
to up your level of play to take care of stronger competition down the stretch
so we can find ourselves back in Detroit again.

To the Offense, well I had to check once just to make sure that was accurate,
but against BG, your rushing yards actually were more than double your passing
yards. The running game seems to be coming along together with improved
offensive line play. This improved offensive line play also enabled you to pick
up more donations in another category by not allowing a sack the entire game.
Also, for the first time this season, the offense had an over 100 yard rusher this
game with Phil Bates gaining 142 yards. Great all around effort! And for your
effort, we award you will your largest donation total so far this season.

$0.02  per 3 rushing yards                                                           x 257 =  $4.28
 $0.01  per 6 passing yards                                                        x 123 =  $0.62
 $1.00   per big (25 yd.) play                                                          x 2 =  $2.00
 $3.00  for a touchdown                                                                 x 6 =  $18.00
 $1.00  per quarter with no sacks                                                x 4 =  $4.00
 $10.00  per 100 rushing yard player (more than one okay) x 1 =  $10.00
 $6.00  for each rushing touchdown by a runningback          x 1 =  $6.00
                                                                                                TOTAL =  $44.90

To the Defense, first of all we have got to mention your early goal line stand that
was just awesome. Once again, you are playing with great intensity to ensure that
we can always stay in games. Also, congratulations are in order for winning the
turnover battle against the Falcons and running back your first turnover for a
touchdown this season. There were however no sacks this week so getting more
pressure on the QB will be an area to work on against Akron. But, total hats off
for only allowing 3 points in the first half. Your efforts combined with the Offense
rattling off point after point in a short time span really put this game away early.
For your efforts, the donors award you with the following donations.
$0.03  per tackle x 88                                 =  $2.64
w/  $0.08  bonus for every TFL yard  x 9 =  $0.72
$2.50  per turnover                                 x 2 =  $5.00
w/  $5.00  bonus for a TD return          x 1 =  $5.00
$1.25  per shutout quarter                     x 1 =  $1.25
                                                          TOTAL =  $14.61

To Special Teams, well you didn't need to score any fieldgoals this game game
because we got the ball into the endzone early and often this game and Weller
was good for 7 of 7 on his extra point attempts. But, the big story for Special Teams
this game was Hershey's incredible performance. Punting 5 punts with a 51 yard
average and booming a long one for 72 yards that I think ranked as 6th best in
school history. Hershey also got two punts inside the 20 which earned donations
as well. In the return game, we just narrowly missed running a punt back for a
score in a daring catch by Travis Carrie in heavy traffic and Julian Posey once again
showed his prowess in running back kicks with a long of 49 yards and 60 total
yards on two attempts. You are getting very close, but we still do not have a return
for a TD this season, so not go out and change that against Akron? For your efforts,
the donors award you with the following donations.

 $0.45  per extra point x 7                 =  $3.15
 $0.80  per punt inside the 20   x 2 =  $1.60
 $0.06  per kick return yard x 95      =  $5.70
 $0.10  per punt return yard x 49      =  $4.90
 $0.02  per net punt yard x 252         =  $5.04
                                                TOTAL =  $20.39

And as usual, here are your weekly totals...

To the OHIO football team,

Well with the 3 day losing skid, there were no donations earned
by the team for a while, but now in a two game and very hopefully
be soon to be a three game winning streaks, things have changed.

For Eastern Michigan In your last game the combined win bonus was
$115 and this same amount is one the line once again for Akron.
You will be awarded $105 if you beat the Zips, and an additional $10
for a total of $115 if you beat Akron by more than 21 points.

Game 1 - Wofford                      $90.00
Game 2 - Toledo                          $0.00
Game 3 - Ohio State                    $0.00
Game 4 - Marshall                       $0.00
Game 5 - Eastern Michigan       $80.00
Game 6 - Bowling Green         $115.00

Current Team running total:   $285.00

Once every year, bobcat2nc has made a tradition of pledging $1 for
every push up for the OHIO cheerleaders do in a select game during
the season. This year he has selected the homecoming game against
Akron and his daughter CarolinaCat has teamed up to offer the same
amount for a total of $2 per cheerleader push up.

Every time the team scores, the number of push ups the cheerleaders
do will determine how many more donations go to Ohio Athletics.

For example looking at the scoring summary from the BG game, the total
would have been $392 if the category was effective last week.

( 7+14+21+28+35+42+49 = 196 push ups x $2.00 each push up = $392 )

One of the qualities of this category is it gets boosted higher the higher
in points you score so don't hold anything back against Akron and bring
some more donations home to OHIO for homecoming.

Go 'Cats!!!

Monroe,  CarolinaCat actually did the pushups. I just watched so I probably don't qualify as a stud :)

So far with 24 points our pledge total: 7+14+17+24=62

Hello everyone,

Well another not so overwhelming opponent and another W.  What
a turn around. From a 3 game skid to a 3 game streak. And having
all the records being broken on homecoming just makes it all the
more sweeter.

Time to gear up for Miami week. A lot of donations riding on this game
the same as every year.

Here are your current totals. And a special welcome goes out to
CarolinaCat who makes her first appearance in the standings and
who I see from bobcat2nc's post was actually out earning those
donations in person.

1 colobobcat66 $378.08
2 bobcat2nc $163.08
3 Carolina Cat $131.00
4 Dan's Mom $128.17
5 Monroe Slavin, CPA $75.00
6 bobcatgrad $72.98
7 CeramicBobcat $51.09
8 Scott Woods $40.00
9 Bobcat36 $36.87
10 Bobcatbob $34.49
                                         Total to date:            $1035.77

With the win, another great performance by our O, and the big
donations registered by the cheerleader push up category, we
have officially passed the $1000 mark in donations.

Special thanks to all of the donors participating this year!

Go OHIO!!!

Beat Miami!!!

I hate to see myself sliding down the standings.  Please add these pledges for me.

Fake kicks (any) resulting in a 1st down = $50.

If it involves hurdling an opponent, +$25.

I am in the middle of the road.  Quite disappointed with our opening, but we're doing better.  Move my meter to the still puny total of $75.  yOU start winning the big games and you'll see it grow.

What was the final total of everyone together for last year?

Done. Now let's get us a win that really means something next game.

Last year's total? That would be $4222.77

That would be a tendency of the 'Challenge. Builds up pretty quick when we start to get on a roll.

To the OHIO football team

Congratulations on picking up another W in MAC play.

Now the opposition is going to get a bit tougher, but I know
you are more than up for it. A lot of things are clicking for
every unit and what is getting accomplished as a team so
now it is time to just keep on doing the things that we are
doing right while finding new ways to get even better every
week.

Looking over the stats for the offense, the first thing that jumped out to
me was the very balanced game with 258 yards rushing and 238 yards
passing. There were a lot of big plays and two of them were special plays
with the 35 yard pass from Dunlop to McCrae and the 42 yard pass from
Phil to Boo, and Phil had another big running TD for 33 yards and good
day running the ball after breaking the 100 yard barrier last week with 84
rushing yards. The big plays were a key characteristic in the success that
we had last year and now this combined with an improved running attack
is starting to give you vast improvement on your red zone efficiency. For
your efforts, we the donors award you with the following donations.

 $  0.02  per 3 rushing yards x 258 =  $    4.30
 $  0.01  per 6 passing yards x 238 =  $    1.19
 $  1.00   per big (25 yd.) play x 4 =  $    4.00
 $  3.00  for a touchdown x 5 =  $  15.00
 $  1.00  per quarter with no sacks x 3 =  $    3.00
 $  0.50  each rushing 1st down on 3rd or 4th x 1 =  $    0.50
        TOTAL  $  27.99

Looking at the Defense, one very good thing to see was how you once again
helped the team to win the turnover battle with your two interceptions. You only
got once sack however and checking the stats I also saw that you had no QB
hurries so this could be a good area to work on against Miami especially
with how well their QB is playing as of late in what could be a key point in
securing a win this next game.  For your efforts, we award you with the
following donations.

   $  0.03  per tackle x 66 =  $    1.98
w/  $  0.08  bonus for every TFL yard  x 30 =  $    2.40
   $  1.20  per sack  x 1 =  $    1.20
   $  2.50  per turnover x 2 =  $    5.00
   $  1.25  per shutout quarter   x 2 =  $    2.50
          TOTAL  $  13.08

To Special Teams, well the only punt the whole game was called off on a penalty
 so Hershey had zero yards registered punting the ball, but on the 27 yard run
completed with a five yard leap he not only got the first down, but also added more
fans of him on his bandwagon and one of these fans is now offering you big
donations which easily gives Special Teams the highest total yet this season. Your
kick and punt return yards were also good with Carrie once again having a strong
performance with 42 punt return yards and Harden came in and made his presence
known immediately with a 25 yard kick return. Also Weller was good for 5 of 5 extra
points and stuck a 42 yarder and only missed the 41 yarder after that when
it was blocked. For your efforts, we award you with the following donations.

   $  0.45 per extra point x 5 =  $    2.25
   $  1.40 per field goal   x 1 =  $    1.40
   $  0.06 per kick return yard x 44 =  $    2.64
   $  0.10 per punt return yard x 45 =  $    4.50
   $50.00 per fake kick resulting in a 1st down x 1 =  $  50.00
w/  $25.00 $25 bonus if it involves hurdling an opponent x 1 =  $  25.00
          TOTAL  $  85.79

And as usual, here are your weekly totals...

Game 1 - Wofford
1. Special Teams: $30.86+
2. Offense:              $29.84-
3. Defense:             $7.87
Total:                       $68.57-

Game 2 - Toledo

With a big special donation added, Special Teams jumps past the Offense for control of first place.
Still at least 5 and hopefully 7 games left to go in the season though.

To the OHIO football team,

Well, not that it was ever in much doubt, but with getting
the win over the 'roos you added more donations to your
total. You didn't beat Akron by more than 21 points to pick
up another $10 in donations, but much more important
than that is that the team is now taking care of opposition
they are supposed to be better than instead of playing
down to their level or having a lackluster performance.
Keep up this level of performance against Miami and give
us another W.

In case you need to be reminded, Miami is our biggest
rival in football and the donations being pledged for a
victory this game show that fact very naturally of course.
A total of $230 in donations will be awarded to the team
for a Miami victory with once again an additional $10 if
you defeat the redskinhawks by more than 21 points.

Game 1 - Wofford                      $90.00
Game 2 - Toledo                          $0.00
Game 3 - Ohio State                    $0.00
Game 4 - Marshall                       $0.00
Game 5 - Eastern Michigan       $80.00
Game 6 - Bowling Green         $115.00
Game 7 - Akron                          $105.00

Current Team running total:   $390.00

Last week, I talked about the cheerleader pushup category
that was in effect for the homecoming match-up. With the
OHIO football teams' high scoring effort combined with a lot of
push ups from the OHIO cheerleaders, a total of $262 for Ohio
athletics! Special thanks to bobcat2nc and CarolinaCat for
their pledges and the team and cheerleaders for their efforts
in bringing in the donations.

Go 'Cats!!!

Hello everyone.

Great win on Saturday. Seems like every part of this team is clicking
pretty well. And the defense in particular had its best game of the year
so far.

Last week a homecoming win, this week a win to spoil Miami's
homecoming at Peden West to make it 5 in a row -- a streak just like
our current 4 game winning streak that we want to keep going.

Here is everyone's updated totals. Now time to gear up for a Athens
Halloween tilt with the Ragin' Cajuns. Wonder if Rufus will be wearing
a costume over his costume. heh
1 colobobcat66 $453.04
2 bobcat2nc $226.54
3 Dan's Mom $173.06
