In addition, it used the word "insuring" instead of "ensuring."
It also said, "an offensive line that helped lead the team to 163.8 yards per game," rather than yards rushing.
It listed Chad Clemens as DL instead of LB.

The other stuff is tougher for someone unfamiliar with the team, but those are pretty bad errors.
