NEW JERSEYS MAKE ME WANT TO  PUKE

I am glad we are winning, but these uniforms are so high school.  Our colors are not black and keeping the white helmets is like you can't quite afford to put the entire package together.  The numbers look oversized, but yet you can't see them on TV / ESPN3.  With no names on the Jersey's and the website not offering a numerical roster, it is hard to figure out who many of the players are.

I think they look amazing, and compared to what other programs have done out there *cough* Maryland *cough* they make for a very nice home alternate jersey.

I agree. You can't deny they've had an impact on the team. This is the kind of thing that Ohio has never really done, and I've always wished they would. Good coaching move, and I like the jerseys. If I could get authentic one, I'd buy it.

Not a single stupd cow post and the game ended about 20 minutes ago!

My view from foggy internet video and intermittently shaky audio of TVOTB and Rob C from the WXTQ audio feed:  Our qb is not horrible.  In fact, he's pretty good.  The other team's qb's not so much.  Our receivers catch the ball--as they have for the past few years.  I've seen a lot of other teams (past years and this year) and I don't see the receivers consistently making the catches as I do when I watch OHIO.

On that same line, I've seen some teams this year with a good offense OR a good defense--but not both.  We may have both.  We have speed and quality depth.

Mr. Harden.  I guess the stats have him with about six carries for 45 yards. But what about those return and pass catch yards.  He was fabulOUs tonight.  Really, really first rate.  I totally apologize for stating that Boykin should be our first line guy.

Oh.  But I'm right that Boykin is pretty fair himself.

Bates should now have an idea where his football future is, what his highlight position is.

Penalties didn't hurt us.  We won the turnover battle.  Our first punt came with about 7:30 to go in the third.  Wow.  We brought it.  We didn't give up a sack, right?

We don't miss when we tackle--another thing that's pretty much been true of us for years and that I don't see too much consistently on other teams.

N. Carpenter seems to be around the ball a lot.  Our pass rush seemed consistently good tonight.

How many guys from our offense and our defense and special teams will spend time in pro camps--might not get drafted and might get cut early, but will be in camp.  I can name at least nine.

Good call Monroe, I can't believe Harden only had 40-some yards rushing. But he really was so much more than that. An awesome return, a great job catching the ball and just a "relentless" attitude.

Man oh Man. I haven't sat down since 7PM!!! I've just been pacing around my apartment and getting drunk.

This has to be the best nice in Bobcat Football recent history.

Great performance in front of a big crowd. Fans are starting to realize that this team is pretty good and has the chance to has a special season.  We whipped Marshall and that feels good to be on the winning side against them.  Marshall fans now can tell a lot of things have changed around here since they left the MAC.  Ohio is the big cat in the MAC now. Back to back bowls and its looking like three in a row is gonna be very possible.

Ditto...I thought they were unbelievably cool looking and I'd buy one in a heart beat. Didn't think they looked HS at all...Anything but actually. Don't know if you guys saw them up close or not but the "OHIO"'s on the shoulders looked like green bricks! You could tell the players loved them. I thought Russell did an outstanding job! Now just PLEASE make them available!

What a great night for Ohio Football!

My take on all this is simple.....it won't matter who you guys have playing or not playing.   Vinny Curry is going to destroy your QB, and Rakeem Cato is going to embarrass your defense.    I mean really,  you guys have beat us 1 time in something like 20 yrs......

Wow this is really great stuff in hindsight.
