Rough loss for Temple, but I agree that they looked impressive in a lot of areas. I'll be interested to see how they respond to such a heartbreaking loss.

I'm sure Temple fans will troll over here telling us how Penn State was lucky or...better watch out because Temple is primed for MAC play....or they're going to the Big East...or...whatever.

Dear Temple...I typically root for MAC teams (and I kinda wanted you to win)....BUT...

Woulda rooted for a fellow MAC member.  Except that one temples ass who posts here made me root for Joe PA.

temples' defense was pretty good.  But their qb's were not very good at all.

I usually root for MAC teams too, but Temple isn't a MAC team.

I was thinking the same thing.  Like the Terd and UCF before them, Temps is only staying in the MAC in hopes of something better coming along.  The attitude of most of the Temps fans who show up here made me root for Joe Pa.

Not super impressed by Temple. Penn State moved the ball well, but then went all octagenarian on themselves. I think a hurry up offense dominates that D. Now who on earth has one of those? Hmmmm...

A five-year-old kid playing the drums -- very apt metaphor for the kind of physicality Temple brings to the game.

Is it just me or does that kid look like he's about to get up and do Temple's sideline taunt that Ohio did back to them last year?

I refuse to even respond to this drivel anymore....I suggest everyone else do the same. We don't want you in OUr conference and I hope you get your invite to whatever "premier" super-conference you guys want so you can resume your annual winless seasons.

Be kind to the troll, friends, as he's already suffered the punishment of watching that game without benefit of a plethora of plasma screens showing actual, competent football.

How can you talk smack when your team gets beat and beat and beat?

At least the Marshalle Heard had some recent wins to brag about.

You're a little late to be posting about Marshall fans, nice try though!

I would have rooted for Temple, being a MAC school.  But at the end of the day, I just can't bring myself to root against Joe Paterno (until they play us that is!)
