Best logo is OHIO then attack cat and my least favorite is the paw.

The green helmets are sweet, but nothing will take me the way the flat black helmets did. Those with the black jerseys are unbelievable and I am not a fan of the "murdered out" look. Those are more bada** than Oregon. Although I like the wings on the shoulders.

ONly one problem, our colors are Green and White. These new helmets are sweet and I also agree with those that say it will be easier to deal with against the plain white of PSU. The black helmets are nice, but I'm not one of those people who creams himself everytime I see a black version of something that was perfecty fine before.

If I had to change one thing, it would be the home jerseys.  I say scrap the white stripes on the shoulders and go either all green or green with white sleeves.

Sorry to those of you who followed the athletic dept on twitter to win a Green Helmet, because my older brother won it!!!!!!!!!!  And he gets to pick it up at the Penn State game to show off while we are there.

This was the perfect look today.  I thought the uniforms with the helmet were great and I would love to see this as our default away look.

Agreed. I loved the shots of just the helmets from twitter, but the whole look together was even better. Beautiful.

I don't recommend wearing that combo against Eastern Michigan, though. It would be confusing to tell which team is which.

I really love the all-white look on the road, but I think they should stick with the green helmets anytime the green pants are involved. Looked really awesome today, in pretty much every way :D

FWIW, the director on SC tonight even made an offhand comment about how sweet those matte green helmets were. Darren Rovell also tweeted about liking the overall look.

I really liked the green helmets. I think sometimes when we were all white on the road, it just didn't look quite right, but I think it can work when were are playing another team that has a uniform that is all one darker color to distinguish between us and them better. I think from now on, barring a case like this we should stick with green helmets and white jerseys as our away unis. I think with the green helmets too, you are probably are going to want to balance out the scheme with green pants like today.

However, I like the white helmets with the two stripes for all our home games barring the special home games when I think we should continue to go all black. That being said, I think going all green with green helmets for a home game would be pretty cool. How about doing it for homecoming?

I like the two stripe scheme on the helmets and shoulders overall, but I think that the green helmets and the black helmets looks better with one stripe. I like the idea of keeping the two stripe scheme as a tradition on the jerseys and the white helmets.

Beyond that. The helmets should always have OHIO on them in some shape or form until everyone calls us OHIO, but I would prefer just permanently keeping that a tradition as well. I personally really like the lettering for OHIO we use right now that is in the attack cat logo. But, I will say that I did really like how they put the paw on the back of the green helmets though. How about doing that for the white helmets as well? You know that is a crowd pleaser  for the alums too.

Anyways, I am so pumped up. What a great win today. Makes you feel even more proud to be a bobcat.

I LOVED seeing these helmets in HD. It was new and yet felt old/classic all at the same time. The matte green (I'm a big fan of matte finished helmets) looked...gritty, workman like, hard nosed, not polished to a high gloss.

I loved the matte green helmets with the green pants. It made a great combo. Unlike some schools, Ohio has managed to come up with new looks, yet nothing tasteless.

To be truthful, my first reaction to the new helmet was not all that positive.  I thought it would be OK for special occasions but not something to be used regularly.  Now, after making a mental association between the green helmets and winning a football game before 97,000 +/- (where's Al to tell us the real head count?), they are kind of growing on me.  Maybe they should be our regular away helmets.   Funny how winning can change your perspective on things.
