Going to be a tough remainder of the season but team will be in most games regardless. Hopefully we pull this out and PSU wins

I don't think Ohio ends in the ditch today. I think they will win comfortably, for a change. I will call it 35-14.
I think UMass was OUr wake up call.

Problem is, Doc, that early-on it would appear the D slept through it.

No problem....you forget we have the patch.

Everyone wil be gunnin for us.

The problem is they'll be fannin their 45 and we'll make a single gut shot to them.

Not feeling as though our "D" really is awake, Doc! That was another "butter" effort to start the third quarter after our "O" didn't really do much en route to the FG.

Without 3 TO's by Buffalo we're not in the game. Last week U Mass had more total yards than we did. This week Buffalo has 320 to our 150. Tackling continues to be a challenge for us too.

Where is Boykin? And Foster? Thought Boykin was 100%.

I'm more shocked that the offense can't run the ball at all.

If Buffalo had a QB who was a real good passer, this thing would be so lopsided nobody'd be left in the stands. Even the stormy-weather fans would be on Court Street. This is friggin' awful.

Given what we have seen the last two weeks, I'm wondering if at this time there are many teams "below" OUr team in the MAC power rankings. EMU ... maybe. UMass ... maybe.

Fake punt doesn't happen if an easy tackle is made to keep it 3rd and 20 instead of 3rd and 10

Campbell has as many yards rushing as our total offense.

We gave up 500+ yards last week ... will Buffalo run that many up? They need 125 or so.

I understand that D-Line is not healthy, but has been awful in all phases of the game today!  They are getting dominated and can't tackle.

Has anyone looked at the lopsided stats. Sure at the moment it's 24-all, but ...

Back to back holding calls.  Looks like the O-line has decided to fall asleep.

Third and goal at about the 1 1/2 to start the forth. If we don't get 7 out of this, I'm not feeling any optimism about the outcome of this game.

Do you folks realize how good this is compared to what I have experienced since I enterred my freshman year in 1969.  WOW!!!  Great football compared to the bulk of our football years.  During these times I needed to focus on wrestling, track, swimming, debate.  This is alot of fun to follow.  Modern technology with ESPN allows me to watch games, games we are in and competitive to the end!!!   I love this!!!!

73, on the one hand I agree with you. And I always think back to Coach Solich's oft-spoken comment about the challenge of winning in-conference games. But at the same time, there has been so much puffery about this particular team being "Top 25" caliber that the hype is completely out of synch with the reality. This is an OK-to-good team right now. Nothing more.

Anyone else actually believe that TT is healthy?  He is an unwilling runner for the most part and almost zero run plays have involved him.  He is less then willing to pull the ball down and run like he use too.

While this does not address my central view that even being very competitive in the MAC is miles ahead of the bulk of the years that I have followed my Bobcats since enterring OHIO, i hear you.  But I was at Penn State.  This team came through.  I do not care if they are or are not top 25.   This team has heart.  This team has a superb coaching staff.  This team is exciting.  This team has the best university President for pep talks, halftime talks, and genuine interest in success of the athletic program.  Overrrated , underrated, I am not shy to say I am a BOBCAT football fan.  I loved my time at OHIO, really loved the university experience,  and now I can love and be proud my time rooting for OHIO football!!

9704, I do not think TT is "himself." But that was a heck of a hole and run by Ryan B to (hopefully) put this thing away!
