I'd guess its a mix of "Huskers for OHIO" and Cincinnati Reds fans. Not saying I think there's a reason to wear red at an OHIO game, but on the basis of my guess, I'm not opposed to it like I would be were it a more scarletty shade of red.

Yeah, that'll mean we're bowl eligible and O$U isn't.  Oh, wait.  Never mind.

The Majority of the red I saw were Husker fans. Pretty cool so many came down here first in tribute to Frank. Wonder if they will make "hay" w/all the O$U fans they talk to tonight - "Well we drove to Ohio University for the football game, then found out we were at Ohio THE STATE University".

I did see a Lady In Red - O$U sweatshirt, hat, walking up the stairs in OUr section, beverage and snacks in hand, looking around like lost, so I said "Yeah, I think your in the wrong section, maybe the wrong stadium"................

Speaking of OSU fans the owner of Pawpurrs really likes his buckeyes. So much in fact he very rudely had me and friends kicked out of his bar for cheering on a Nebraska TD. He told me to come here, so i walked over and then he proceeded to say he didnt wanna hear any of that Sh*T and if we do it again we can leave. I of course didnt know the man was the owner so i told him no and continued drinking my blackout. He then screams Do you Know Who I Am? I again said no and he proclaimed over the whole bar that he is the Owner lol. Colorful words were then exchanged as i was escorted out of the bar. All for high fiveing my friend on a nebraska td.

He also kicks out girls when they complain he is sexually harassing them.

I was gonna start a thread tell all BA to boycott it, but i wasnt sure if that would make me look like  a dick or not. But I agree. Screw pawpurrs!

Yep, if they are a bunch of Nuts fans then I won't be there ever. Bottom line, my dollar goes to backing Ohio University, and if not that then the MAC, if not the MAC at least neutrality.

I have long imbibed at the Cat's Eye alongside many BA'ers who hold those A&M ers at an arms length and do not enjoy having their enjoyment of Hops and water interrupted by the cheers and groans of Nut fans. Lo, tho the bald headed man in charge be a Steelers fan he freely opens his ale emporium Sundays for Browns fans but does not seem to keep the same tolerance of Bucknuts. I like that.

That would be my suggestion..walk across the street  to the friendly confines and give your money to the man who openly and often, not only supports the Cats on the road and at home (especially out in Tailgreat)  but whom could give less than 2 shats about the land grant college up north and certainly would not be above rooting with you for say ..... a Nebraska touchdown ....or six

And Lo, long may we drink 40s in his honor, the owner of the Cats Eye who shall always back the Cats.

63 Buckeye points, not sure you had much to cheer about, and he has the right to deny service.

He has the right to deny service if a customer is inebriated. He doesn't have the right to deny service if a customer is merely rooting for a team that isn't his choice. The owner is an idiot; nothing more need be said. Thanks for your 3rd post .... hope you do better in the future.

I'm all for boycotting, but what I'd really like to see is a BA.com "takeover" during an O$U game. Could you imagine 30+ attackers cheering against the Nuts in this guy's bar? I would pay to see that!

It was 830 pm, a tie game, and i had just one sip of my blackout before i was kicked out of there. For doing nothing wrong at all. He obviously has a right to deny service but that doesnt mean its right what he did.
