TT is now the most sackable quarterback in the country.

How, when you know you absolutely can not get sacked, can you keep getting sacked?

He learned nothing from the Miami game.

Tyler was even lazy getting off the field.

Sure looked like Frank wanted to kick on 3rd down but Tyler talked him off.

This is inexcusable. We get bailed out by the phantom pause on the clock here but Tettleton is playing like a complete idiot in these late game situations. How does he keep taking these terrible sacks? This is such a complete lack of awareness it is embarrassing

Waiting 15 minutes there to find out we screwed up the end of the half made our screwup even more painful ...

Fire these refs, how can they be allowed to make 3 different calls? Once they called the penalty how can they review a review? Just terrible.

And no, the sub rule doesn't apply to STs

The ball needs to be taken out of Tettleton's in these situations until he figures this out. Ohio is lucky Bussey didn't get catch the 2nd down pass.

Also, shouldn't the clock stop on a defensive penalty? The referee said the clock would start on his signal. Buffoonery all the way around.

I can't believe how fast the field goal team got out there in the first place.

Are these the same guys that called the end of the Potato Bowl?

Should never even come down to needing a review.  You either throw the ball to the boundaries or the end zone on every down.  You make 1 read and if it's not there throw it right at that read but WAY out of bounds.

It's just that simple.  This type of situation happens at every level every week.  It's not some crazy uncommon situation we're in here.  I'm sure this is something that's even rehearsed regularly in practice.

TT should have been picked off earlier in the drive.  He has zero feel for the pocket around him.  Seemingly rarely reacts to pressure by going the route of least traffic.  His only escapes from the pocket are when he can go al the way around the end.  If the end gets vertically up the field it rattles him badly.  On a really good run earlier he ran out of bounds at least 4 or 5 yards from the nearest defender. Come on man!

We shouldn't have been in that position in the first place.  We're out of timeouts; already given up two or three sacks.  Kick the damn field goal.  We've got the ball to start the second half, so why push it.  I put this one on the coaches.  You think they would've learned from the Fiami experience.

He knows that its the ball, not the ball carrier, that gets spiked to the ground to stop the clock, right?

Why blame the refs?  Blame stupidity first at Miami then here at the half.  Wow.  Coaches shouldn't be paid for this game.  Not using a time out and making it 3rd and 20 and Beau goes for 16!  Then not coaching their QB to take the snap and immediately (in less than a second) throw it to the endzone corner fade route but NEVER take a sack.

We got a failure to communicate here!

He's crossed the boundary between fearless and wreckless.

Edit: Reckless. I spell gooder next time.

And in the interest of not being completely negative, TT overall had a good first half.  Threw some pretty good balls.  Loved seeing a couple new wrinkles on offense.

To someone with more knowledge than I, on these quick WR screens how many of these are the called play and how many are something TT is checking to based on the blitz packages or defensive formations?  They've not been very successful today.

DONTE FOSTER FADE ROUTE TO CORNER!!!!!!!!! Is that play not in the book? How do the coaches and players not learn from their past errors? This is just awful game management. There is no other way to spin this.

I remember Page being a better runner than thrower (although looks like he put on some weight). If Wenning can't go, hope Ohio adjusts in 2nd half.
