I gather from Arkley's tweets that, if this is an actual dismissal of the charges, Lucas would receive a 2-game suspension for his involvement, anyway. If this is, as some here state, just a technical procedure pending the filing of felony charges, I would expect that his status will remain indeterminate pending a final resolution. Considering that the indictment and trial could last a considerable time, perhaps a year or more, we may not know how all this will end up for quite some time. I also have no idea what will become of his scholarship in the interim, and so he may end up gone, anyway.

My problem with The Post's reporting is that they need to include everyone's names in that story. That's shoddy work.

I heard the judge dismissed the case against Mike Lucas because this thread indicated the person is question was Keith "Mike" Lewis!

This was my point, although I guess the way I worded it it seemed like they shouldn't be mentioning any names.
