Fedale has you boys fired up.

i think the Herd gets off to a slow start in their first road game.  The score at the half will be 14-21 in favor of the Kittens.  The Herd's superior conditioning pays off in the second half and the kitten defense wears down after defending 100+ plays.

Cato throws 4 TDs in a 35-21 victory for the Herd.

Herd is 1-0 versus Ohio in bowl games

What makes you think you have superior conditioning? (Being completely serious with this question)

A2: Because we had a thread recently wanting to fire our strength coach?

A: we are used to running 100 plays a game.  You aren't used to defending that many.

B: Doc Holiday has seriously fired like 4 strength coaches during his tenure because he didn't think they were good enough.  He raves about our current coach and how good of a job he is doing.

C: Depth.  This is easily the deepest team we have fielded in a loooong time.  No defensive player played more than 35 snaps against Miami (the one in ohio, not the real one), we keep our guys fresh.

Not touching this thread with a 10 foot pole.

Ummm, you just did.

In any case, under Solich, Ohio is 2-2 against Marshall, with three of four being decided by 4 points of less. I think this will be another close one. I call it Ohio 34, Marshall 31.

Do I get a prize?

Funny thing is I didn't even realize I had been right until I went back and read the thread this morning. It seemed to me that most predictions were in about that range - both teams in the low 30's, so I thought maybe somebody got it on the nose.
