As a general rule I think it's appropriate to be respectful of other teams, and their fans, especially if you want respect back. On the other hand, Landon's rants were so absurd that I can't imagine how anyone would treat them with respect. I agree with OCF that the Marshall posters who have posted here have been treated with respect. Look at the thread on "talent comparison" as an example. It was just a factual discussion with a Marshall supporter, for the most part.

By the way, if Ohio loses to Austin Peay tomorrow, I'd hope that we wouldn't get rants about how it was "unacceptable", but rather congratulations the Austin Peay, and discussions about where the team can improve, and on how to get the team ready for Akron.

Nice try - but don't think so. "World Religions" study is also a regularily bashed topic on here...........

I love doing this, "quoting" my own post. Rare opportunity - but this requires that I further extend, but not revise my remarks. If we lose to Aw Pee - this board will explode with hell fire.............

So disappointed to discover there's no home match for Homecoming this year! But, thrilled to see the team doing so well. Tomorrow's game will be another huge test.

Conversely, the match against Michigan is one of my saddest memories.

Hope they can avenge it tonight - that one was brutal for me, and I was in Athens for it.

Also, I only see one person here grinding an ax, and it isn't the ones giving Marshall a hard time.

Yeah, said from the guy who posts drivel most every day. Your posts that constantly mention BGSUcks, Terd, Big Least got old about 3 years ago. Perhaps you think you're funny ... most here wouldn't agree.  Immature at best.

They are common terms used by most everybody on this board and elsewhere -- I've seen mainstream media use the term "Big Least" when discussing football.  Why do you feel the need to personally attack people on this board?  You're taking things way too seriously, so lighten up.

And congratulations to the volleyball team for the 3-1 win last night.

Two "unacceptable" losses in one week by the school from Huntington.
