The Cherry and White are 0-4 to start this season. Including a home loss to Fordham. My how the mighty have fallen.

Louisville is next for the Owls.

They also lost at Idaho yesterday, a team that was 0-4 by an average score of 42-13.

Had they not left the MAC, BG would have been moved back to the West. Think how much imbalance would be in the league then.

I know I miss having Temple on the schedule, that's for sure. Fun/tough games, and we won almost all of them.

Not likely, but Temple being 0-4, and Temple being the only win for another 0-4 team, and Temple losing to a 1-AA, maybe they'll feel sorry and have a little mercy on Temple.

But I'd get a kick out of it if Bridgewater throws for 500 or so and a handful of touchdowns and puts himself as the Heisman frontrunner at Temple's expense. That delusional fanbase needs that. Or maybe it's me that needs that

Seriously, good luck vs them TUVideo Guy. May the best team win.

I hope you can too, but don't count on it, not only for Teddy B but also for L'ville's own national title aspirations.  They need to run up the scores to overcome a perceived soft schedule in order to get points to get in the BCS championship race.  They have four teams left that are a combined 13-3 but they also have four teams that are 1-14,  Of the winning teams they face, only Rutgers and UCF are getting any respect in the polls; Houston's 4-0 and can't even get a vote.

...and no one in Philly is the least bit surprised.

Actually, a poll of 1,000 Philadelphians might yield one person that actually knows Temple's record.

The feeling must be mutual since you are still trolling around our board.  I thought Temple was too good for us?

It's better than MAC competition.. trust me.
Yes that revenue is much more...indoor practice facility, Weight room renovations, new scoreboard already done
We are constantly on TV in basketball as well.  The exposure is great.
Plus no more Tuesday night football games.

Your getting desperate if that's all you have for a comeback. I will take 3-1 with a 42 point loss to U of L over 0-4 and a 39 point loss to U of L.

In Athens there is currently an indoor practice facility being built, the weight room, both basketball and football locker rooms, and more like the convo's lobby have been or are being remodeled, the turf just got replaced, and much more is happening like sellouts. Oh, and yeah, we're 3-1, not 0-4, and also so far have beat the likes of Temps, VCU, FGCU, and Miami (FL) for 4 star and top 100 recruit Tariq Owens. The only people who think Temple has a better situation are SOME Temple fans

I was longing for a nice 15 page, 5,000 view Mark Hunter thread last week then the OHIO/tOSUcks nonsense was going on here.

You've lost all of your Atlantic 10 rivalries within a few hours drive replaced with road games in Texas and Florida against schools with no basketball reputation.
