I wonder if they're planning to add goal posts, at both or either ends. I hope so. Would be a huge help for off season kick training.
You do not put uprights in an indoor facility. You do however have nets with the upright deminsions inlaid in the net.

I was told about this website and love the content. I'm the superintendent who ran the project. I guess I could have answered a lot of your questions many moons ago. Better late than never. Let them fly.

The two fields shown look to be football only facilities , hence maybe goal posts. ours multipurpose so maybe that's why no goal posts

The support post would be right in the middle of the track.

They are only kickers, make them go outside and practice.  What, next you'll want a full golf hole under cover to allow for all lengths of shots or a ceiling high enough to hit fungos?  They can kick into the net if they want to kick inside or get out and get the weather effects on a kick.   How much better would Weller have been if he'd had indoor goal posts?  And Lou the Toe might be in the Hall if he'd only had indoor goal posts.

Just not sure how to use the site. I was answering the question about no goal posts but outlines of a goal post in the nets.

Not so fast:
I'll give you Clemson, FSU, are suspended from a ceiling and are simply uprights, not goal post, like I mentioned. I've been in well over 30 of these things around the country, Clemson is the only one I've ever seen with the post in the ground. And none of the multi use facilities have goalpost due to the track and eliminating of space.

That wasn't the point, anyway. The fact is, it is done, and certainly could be done. Now back to the point. Will Ohio install them? Turner PM might know.

No, he already answered this, will be in the netting.

The two fields shown are perennially Top 20 teams with historical and current success in fb.  Maybe someday we will be like them...haha!

The real question is: do they have pepsi logos on their fields?

Tennessee looks like it's pepsi free.

I'm surprised they haven't updated their turf since the 80's.

Pepsi in SEC country? You'd be considered a blasphemer and heretic and probably would be on Warren Buffett's secret hitlist for when he dies and he no longer cares if you think of him as an affable grandfather dispersing Werther's on Halloween from his modest ranch-style home.

I'm assuming Pro Day is being held in the IPF today. I wonder if that changes the perception of NFL scouts. One less argument that a guy is from a no-name mid-major without any resources.

First thing I noticed in that picture too!

Second thing was the look on the Jacksonville scout's face.  I think it's worthy of a caption contest?

Who do I want to ruin their NFL experience by drafting them?
